The data on the \u0000results of previously conducted experimental \u0000studies of the fatigue strength of various \u0000types of reinforcement are generalized and \u0000systematized, and the main factors affecting \u0000fatigue are established. Experimental data \u0000on strength and deformation characteristics \u0000under static and high-cycle loads of A500C \u0000class reinforcement with various types of \u0000periodic profile have been obtained. Self-compacting concrete \u0000mixtures have high ductility, better fluidity, \u0000high density with low water content due to the \u0000use of special effective mineral and chemical \u0000additives that provide high performance for \u0000concrete. The rheological properties of SCC \u0000differ significantly from those of conventional \u0000concrete. The standard applies to ready-to-use selfcompacting concrete mixtures of heavyweight, fine-grained, light-weight and reactive powder concretes, as well as fiber reinforced concretes, for the production of monolithic or precast concrete structures and products, the shape and reinforcement of which makes it difficult to place and compaction of an ordinary concrete mixture. Selyutin","doi":"10.37538/2224-9494-2021-3(30)-41-50","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37538/2224-9494-2021-3(30)-41-50","url":null,"abstract":"The article presents examples of the use of \u0000ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete \u0000for load-bearing structures in Russia. \u0000Using this material with limits of compressive \u0000strength 150 MPa, flexural tensile strength \u000021 MPa, tensile strength 8.5 MPa, external \u0000post-tensioned structures of bridges and tanks \u0000are made instead of common solution with the \u0000steel anchors. \u0000Full-scale tests of anchors were carried out, \u0000which did not reveal signs of deformations and \u0000destruction of elements during the tension of \u0000strands, at the level of design and ultimate \u0000loads - before strands rupture. \u0000It was concluded that it is advisable to replace \u0000steel anchors with anchors from the \u0000material, which, with high strength characteristics, \u0000has ultra-low permeability and high \u0000frost resistance corresponding to the F21000 class.
