New rules \u0000for the formation of relative deformations at \u0000the base point of a two-line diagram of concrete \u0000under axial tension, used to calculate \u0000reinforced concrete elements for the second \u0000group of limit states, are described. The rules \u0000for calculating re-reinforced structures of \u0000T-or I-beam cross-sections with a shelf in a \u0000compressed zone by the method of limiting \u0000forces are presented. Gvozdev, one of the tasks of \u0000which was to study the influence of the conditions \u0000for stiff fixing supports on the parameters \u0000of the effective lengths of reinforced \u0000concrete columns with square and rectangular \u0000cross-sections assigned when calculating the \u0000strength of normal sections. As part of the \u0000study, the influence of different values and \u0000directions of the angles of rotation of the fixing \u0000and their displacements was evaluated. \u0000The conducted computational and theoretical \u0000studies based on the analysis of experimental \u0000data showed that the method of determining \u0000the effective lengths, adopted in domestic \u0000standards, can be improved. \u0000Based on the results of the research, proposals \u0000were formulated to take the results of \u0000the work into account in the current regulatory \u0000framework. Taking into account the peculiarities \u0000of the conditions for fixing the structures \u0000considered in the work, which correspond to \u0000the nature of the work of monolithic columns \u0000and pylons, it is recommended to include the \u0000provisions of the proposed methodology in SP \u0000430.1325800.2018, which applies to monolithic \u0000structural systems of buildings. It is found that recycled crushed stone obtained from the original concrete of classes B10 - B30 does not meet the requirements of GOST 8267-93 for total residues on Ø25, Ø20, Ø5 and Ø2.5 sieves. Regardless of the strength of the original concrete, the main fraction of recycled crushed stone is grains with sizes from 12.5 to 20 mm. The strength (grade in terms of crushability) of the recycled crushed stone increases with an increase in the strength of the original concrete. Приведено сравнение расчета осадки фундамента условного здания с учетом и без учета порового давления методом послойного суммирования и методом конечных элементов. Определены основные факторы влияния порового давления на величину расчетной осадки: размер сжимаемой зоны, модуль деформации и параметры переуплотнения грунтов.
