A strong base of planting through the guidance and religious education, the role of family began to weaken because of the social, political and cultural changes that occurred. The family has lost its function in student emotion development especially in the adolescent phase. The purpose of this research is to test the relationship of parents ' religiality to the level of religiality of students of XI MAN Prambon class. This research is focused on the managerial competence of Madrasah head in improving teacher performance. This study uses ethnographic studies with a qualitative approach, which is done by MTs Al-Ihsan Krian. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) The planning undertaken by the head of MTs Al-Ihsan includes: (a) planning based on the vision, mission, objectives of the school, and need Assesment, (b) involving all elements of the school's Akademika (2) The implementation by the head of MTs Al-Ihsan Krian includes: (a) participating in training, seminars, and workshops, (b) forming a syllaaturant inter-Teacher Forum, (c) Improving teacher welfare, (d) Addition of supporting facilities, (e) Optimizing Counseling Guidance, (f) Finger print teacher certification. Therefore, the scientific learning approach is considered to be able to improve creativity in class V. This research was conducted in March 2018 with a sample of 21 fifth graders. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. By using data collection techniques: observation, creativity tests, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage formula and product moment correlation formula.           The results of the study say that: (1) the implementation of scientific learning in class V is sufficiently categorized, this is evident from the percentage of 76.6%. (2) The ability of learning creativity of fifth grade students can be said to be sufficient categories, it is proven that the percentage of students' creativity test reaches 72.6% and the ability to read individually reaches a percentage of 56-75%. (3) there is influence and magnitude of the influence of the scientific learning approach on the ability of learning creativity of fifth grade students in MINU Waru II, this is based on the calculation of product moment correlation obtained the value \"r\" counts 0, 638, and compared with the value \"r\" product moment for N = 21 in the 5% interval, the value \"r\" is 0.413 and for 1% interval is 0.526. Then the \"r\" value is interpreted. Because the result of \"r\" count is 0.638 at the point between 0.40 ─ 0.70 which means that in the medium high category. He has a concept of education that can build spiritual intelligence in the child, so that Allaah perpetuates some words that contain wisdom from them in the Qur'an, so that they can be learned from the lessons and benefits. Using the Library study method, the study found that the education characteristic of Luqman Hakim as contained in the letter of Luqman verses 13-17, namely: (1) The education of Luqman Hakim about the Tauhid such as prohibition of shirk (purification of the soul of haughty and prideful nature); (2) Individualized morality such as gratitude, patience, safeguarding, doing good to parents and establishing prayers. This research used the descriptive-qualitative of paradigm approach. The results of the research showed that The first Diniyyah Madrasah Haji Ya’qub has been able to implement some things that become part of the student management in according to existing regulations. The second there are problems faced both diniyyah Madrasah Haji Ya’qub, in implementing student management such as a) There are many students who have not been able to recognize to the social environment in the location of madrasah. b) The students’ interest to understand the lessons is low. c) The students’ attendance rate is less than the maximum. Parents must meet the children's learning needs and always give motivation, otherwise it will be difficult to familiarize the child to learn this research using a qualitative approach that has the characteristics of: natural background And researchers as a key source, and research is descriptive.  The results of the study after the analysis, namely: (1) Children's study pattern at home in Bulusari village, Tarokan District of Kediri regency of each child varies, some who like learning in a quiet or silent condition, some are happy to learn While watching TV or listening to the song. Children's learning patterns in this village use two approaches that are self-learning (individual) and with teachers looking for tutoring and learning guidance. In this study, will be discussed about the learning system of the Assembly of Padhang Mbulan in realizing the Learning Society. This study used a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. The results showed that the Majelis Ilmi Maiyah Padhang Mbulan has its own learning system with its style, with the aim of deepening the tawheed and getting closer to Allah SWT.
