The method used in this study is qualitative. In qualitative research methods that are usually used are interviews, observations, and utilization of documents. In this study, it has been found that student learning outcomes increased with the implementation of CTL-based learning video production by students. In addition, during the implementation process, it is also known that student learning activities are also known to increase with high enthusiasm for student learning. It shows the interest of students who are encouraged by the learning-based production of short video learning materials. This serat in Pagar Nusa Padepokan  Jabalahad  was introduced by the caregiver of Padepokan Jabalahad, Gus Iman Widodo. This researh are expected to provide an introduction that the values and philophy of Javanese still relevant to be used as a guide of life especially for Javanese people. One of  Javanese leader who need to be imitated is Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma by knowing his principle of leadership wich is used as a refference for the formation of Sapta Sila. This Sapta Sila was pledged by Pagar Nusa Padepokan  Jabalahad when they were appointmen to be a new members or to be a senior. \u0000This research uses a literature study method were the research makes library documents as a primary sources by using discriptive approach to provide an overview of an event in a cotext. This study uses a book entitled “Serat Sastra Ghending : Warisan Spiritual Sultan Agung yang Berguna untuk Memandu Olah Pikir dan Olah Dzikir” by Partini (2008) and a research by Ghulam Abdurrahman entitled “Nilai – Nilai Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Teks Sapta Sila Pencak Silat Nahdlatul Ulama (PSNU) Pagar Nusa” as a primary source. \u0000Based on this study, shows that there are seven leadership concepts in Sapta Sila Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad namely : Swadana Maharjeng Tursita, Bahni Bahna Amurbeng Jurit, Rukti Setya Garba Rukmi, Sripandanyasih Krami, Galugana Hasta, Stiranggana Cita, Smara Bhuni Adi Manggala. This concept demand that Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad not only active in the world of pencak silat but to be able to keep a vows in the Sapta Sila and practice it in their daily lives. The existence of management of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions will be maintained and its use clear. If the existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, the implementation of the learning process in schools can be hampered and not run well. Vice versa, if the facilities and infrastructure are complete and supportive, they will be able to facilitate the learning process, because complete facilities and infrastructure will provide variations in the learning process. This study aims to determine how the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ibnu Sina Karawang. It is carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach which is carried out by analyzing, describing, and summarizing various conditions obtained from a collection of information obtained from field interviews or direct observations regarding the problem in question. In managing facilities and infrastructure, MTs Ibnu Sina Karawang has implemented planning, procurement, and management of facilities and infrastructure. However, the condition of the facilities and infrastructure at MTs Ibnu Sina Karawang is still very minimal, with the condition of the rooms being lightly damaged and some heavily damaged, there is a leaky classroom roof, there is no library and laboratory space and the condition of the benches and tables are damaged. With a population of all students of SMPI Al A'la, the samples in this study were as much as 60 students divided into 4 classes containing 15 students each. Treatment is given to teachers in D-class, namely administering the Collaboration Problem Solving learning method. The Dependent variables in this study are the outcomes of student learning, while the IQ and the learning motivation are used as covariate variables. The results showed that there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes given different learning methods if controlled IQ and motivation for learning. By conducting advanced tests with Tukey HSD method, it can also be known that the learning results obtained in class with the learning method of Collaboration Problem Solving have a significant difference compared to class A using method Learning lecture with a value of sig. 0.14, class B uses an individual assignment method with a value of sig. 0.005, and class C uses the method of learning discussions with the value of SIG. 0.004. The purpose of this study were: (1) to describe how teachers plan the development of instructional media in MAN Krecek Pare, (2) to determine the organization of the development of instructional media in MAN Krecek Pare, (3) to find out how the implementation of the development of instructional media in MAN Krecek Pare, (4) to find out how controlling the development of instructional media in MAN Krecek Pare Kediri. This study uses qualitative research field with a descriptive-analytic analysis techniques. Collecting data using observation method, interview method and the method of documentation. Data analysis was performed through three stages which include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. RESULTS: (1) Using the learning media there are many benefits, among others: (a) learning with instructional media to facilitate and improve the quality of learning, (b) Improve student learning outcomes, (c) Support individual learning according to the ability of students, (d) can be used as a transmitter of direct feedback, (e) the material can be repeated as needed, without causing boredom. Based on this, in this study, researches developed Monochromatic Media (Triprakoro thematic material-based Monopoly) class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah. The research method used is the R & D (Research & Development) Borg and Gall development model by adapting 8 steps namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and trial use. Based on the development of monochromatic products, the validation results obtained are: validation of material experts got a score of 92% with very decent criteria, validation of learning design experts got a score of 92%  with decent criteria, and validation of learning experts got a score of 92% with very decent criteria. Trial of product attractiveness based on assessment and student responses scored 88,7% with very interesting criteria.
