At present, the problems of cultural reproduction in the education system are of particular relevance due to the accelerating pace of changes in society. Unification of cultures and way of life leads to the threat of loss of traditional values along with the acquisition of new ones. In such conditions, one of the main guarantors of the traditions preservation, that is, the reproduction of traditional cultural values remains the education system. At the same time, the rapid change in the educational space associated with the digital revolution is causing changes in the role of educational institutions as a translator of traditions. All these factors actualize the development of a new approach to the reproduction of culture and its research. The object of the research is cultural reproduction in the education system; the subject of the research is the features of cultural reproduction in the education system in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to identify possible approaches to the reproduction of cultural values in modern conditions. The research objectives are to study the main approaches to cultural reproduction in the educational system; to identify contradictions between existing approaches and the reality of the modern educational space; to determine the relevance of developing a new approach to the reproduction of culture in the educational system. Synergetic and diachronic approaches are the methodological basis of the study and allow us to analyze the processes of culture change over time. General scientific methods (theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization, analysis of sources on the topic) made it possible to identify the development of methodological approaches to the study of cultural reproduction and put forward a position on the need to develop a new approach. The results of such studies allow us to determine the optimal parameters for calculating terrain corrections, which helps to reduce the error in calculating the anomaly of the force of gravity in the Buge reduction and, accordingly, leads to an increase in the quality of the interpreted material. Therefore, the improvement of the methodology for calculating corrections for terrain is of particular interest for gravity exploration today and is a very relevant direction in high-precision surveying. Thus, in this article, the purpose of the study is to determine the optimal parameters for calculating terrain corrections for during high-precision gravimetric surveying. The degree of elaboration of the study indicates a number of unresolved issues, which are to some extent disclosed by the authors as a result of calculations and analysis of digital grids, graphs and other data involved in calculating terraincorrections. The article discusses the actual materials and methods for determining corrections for the influence of terrain, obtained during the production of high-precision field gravimetric work on one of the objects of the Trans-baikal Territory. In the course of the study, the results of determining the terraincorrections are presented, comparisons of the corrections in different zones are made, their quantitative indicators are analyzed, and statistics are provided. With the help of mathematical modeling, matrices (grids) of calculated parameters are constructed. The results of the study are clearly demonstrated in the diagrams and in the final tables, which indicates the reliability of the study performed. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing number of needy population on the planet in conditions of COVID-19 and the need for policy measures to reduce it. Object of the study: the phenomenon of poverty in the context of the pandemic. Subject of the research: the main political factors influencing the dynamics of poverty in the context of the pandemic. Objective of the study: to identify the potential of public policy and international relations in the fight against poverty in the context of the pandemic. Research objectives: 1) to clarify the categorical apparatus of poverty research, 2) to give a system characteristic of the features of the world community in the XX-XXI centuries, which changed the phenomenon of consumption, 3) to analyze the influence of international relations on the dynamics of poverty during the pandemic, 4) to determine the difficulties and opportunities of Russian state policy aimed at overcoming poverty in the conditions of the pandemic. The study used a systemic approach, formational, stadial-civilizational, anthropological and logical methods. As a result of studies of poverty and the current political situation in the world, scientists defined the concept of poverty, its criteria, presented a classification of its types and causes, as well as ways to combat it. The impact of the pandemic on the growth of poverty was analyzed, the main contradictions in modern international relations were identified. The author's scientific contribution consists in the analysis of the main political factors of influence on the dynamics of poverty in the pandemic. The author's contribution is represented by the following results. If before the middle of the XX century the technical and technological causes of poverty were the determining ones, in the modern society the political causes of poverty dominate. In the conditions of the pandemic, such traditional political factors of negative impact on the dynamics of poverty, as a high level of corruption in the field of management and instability in international relations, distracting a huge part of the budget to the sphere of defense are intensified. This article is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the social analysis of poverty and its causes in the XX-XXI centuries. The purpose of the national projects’ implementation is to improve economic performance, as well as to improve the well-being of the country's citizens. Over the past years, national projects have shown their effectiveness. Hospitals, schools, kindergartens have been built; a wide segment of the population has an opportunity to purchase housing on a mortgage. The development of agriculture is equally important; roads have been built and repaired, thereby raising the standard of living of the population. However, in the course of the national projects’ implementation, there are not only positive aspects, but also negative ones. The object of the study is the priority national projects of Russia. The subject of the study is the implementation of priority national projects in Russia and the Transbaikal Territory. The purpose of the study is to identify problems in the national projects’ implementation both in Russia and in the Transbaikal Territory. In carrying out the study, the following scientific methods have been used: economic method, statistical and comparative analysis, generalization and system analysis methods, monographic method. The information base for the event has become the data of Rosstat, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and publications on the Internet. In the course of the study, given the ambiguous approach to the definition of \"national project\", the concept is clarified. In addition, the formation chronology of the national project as a form of government is given. Problems in the implementation of national projects in Russia are identified, including the absence in most cases of an integrated approach to project activities, the need to bring the regulatory framework in line with modern requirements and realities, and overestimated indicators of national projects. An analysis of the national project’s implementation \"Safe High-Quality Roads\" in the Transbaikal Territory has been made, which noted problems in terms of insufficient provision of municipalities with funds for co-financing, problems with unscrupulous contractors, as well as problems with long overhaul periods. These indicators should take into account the regional power structures that make management decisions for regional development. Often, these indicators are formed in isolation from each other, and the analysis of statistical reports does not allow the data to be formed up-to-date. The study identifies the reasons associated with the problems of sustainable development of the region’s economy, and notes the connection of these problems with the quality of life of the population. It is noted that ensuring a high level of economic development in the regions is often at the expense of the state and quality of the environment. It is noted that Russia is following the path of international trends in the development of the regional economy – compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is due to the support of the global strategy of economic development within the framework of the “green economy”. The article examines the components of the environmental quality indicators of the Russian regions, and also establishes a correlation between them and the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of the heads of regions and regional executive authorities, which ultimately reflects the level of development of the region as a whole. In the work, using the National Environmental Rating for 2020 of the subjects of the Russian Federation, leaders and outsiders among the regions of the Russian Federation are identified by the level of their environmental condition. According to the results of the ecological and economic assessment, the authors ranked the complex indicator of the state of environmental indicators in the regions, which include a list of six indicators: the level of emissions of harmful substances, the discharge of polluted wastewater, production and consumption waste, water consumption, energy consumption, and environmental protection costs. The researchers analyzed the positions of the Voronezh Region in terms of the quality of life in the region and finding a position in the environmental rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
