To do this, it is necessary to navigate the priorities, problems and prospects of scientific research carried out all over the world. However, there is currently not a single generalizing work on regional economic studies using artificial intelligence algorithms. Therefore, the object of the study was the world array of scientific publications on regional economic research, and the subject of the study was a lot of articles on the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in such studies. The purpose of the work was to generalize world experience. To select the necessary publications, a self-organizing semantic search algorithm has been developed, based on the ideas of content analysis, expert systems and machine learning. The search was carried out in the Scopus database. About a hundred articles were identified. A brief description of ten artificial intelligence algorithms used in regional economic research is given. Analysis of world experience has revealed five features: algorithms are not used to solve all research problems; are not aimed at creating a universal autonomous artificial intelligence system; are increasingly focusing outside of artificial neural networks; rarely used in combination; in domestic works are less diverse than in competing countries. It is proposed to focus efforts on identification of economic regions of specific functioning of production, transport and service systems of artificial intelligence; identification of territorial digital platforms; analysis of the intensity of gravitational interaction of geographically distributed socio-economic objects through 5G and 6G telecommunication networks; assessment of the direction and volume of regional information flows; determination of models of spatial diffusion of innovations in artificial intelligence among Russian regions. The accelerated development of these areas with significant government support will allow Russia to provide a methodological gap from other countries in the field of regional economic research by 2030","PeriodicalId":332716,"journal":{"name":"Transbaikal State University Journal","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114978896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study is to develop a system for separation of process water from the flows of hydro-mixture from washing sands at alluvial deposits. From the comparative analysis and evaluation of known systems of recycled technological water preparation in the mining and processing industry the thin-layer separation effect is adopted. The object of the research is a thin-layer device, the novelty of which is protected by patents of the Russian Federation. The layout variant of this device made in the form of a module on the principles of nodes unification taking into account peculiarities of equipment operation in extreme conditions without additional expenditures of energy, with formation of technological flexibility and transportability at the change of washing places is shown. Industrial researches of thin-layer devices at the objects of alluvial metal-mining in water-treatment systems for sand washing have shown high dividing ability of the formed hydrosand mixture with possible return up to 80-90 % of technological water into turnover. A qualitative and quantitative assessment of the proposed hardware version of building closed circuits with the formation of local contours of water flows is given. This naturally leads not only to a transformation of the system of values, motivation, worldview, but also an entire way of life. High rates of these changes simultaneously led a delegation given, on the one hand, a diversity of forms of response behavior, from the other – their gradual integration into the socio-economic relations in a search result models of individual and collective adaptation to a new dynamic environment, characterized by high uncertainty and heterogeneity. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify and describe the main models of population adaptation on an interdisciplinary basis, not limited to an analysis of complex processes within a single field of knowledge. In this regard, the task is to find a way to harmonize (coordinate) different points of view on a nature of a single phenomenon. The object of our research is a variety of adaptation processes of a population to dynamically changing conditions of its life. At the same time, the subject should be a wide range of different types of interactions between a population and an external environment, as well as a population “within itself”, as part of the model of its adaptation to changing conditions. To achieve the goal and solve problems, a set of methods that complement each other is used, namely: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparative analysis. As a result, it was found that population adaptation is a rather complex phenomenon, the study of which goes far beyond the formal framework of any one field of knowledge, being at their intersection, which requires the search for new approaches that allow integrating explanations of the nature of phenomena that are currently interpreted within their paradigms. The article presents the main types of models of population adaptation to dynamically changing socio-economic conditions of life, their features, identity and differences, as well as areas of application","PeriodicalId":332716,"journal":{"name":"Transbaikal State University Journal","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116689584","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During this period, most of the rich ores have been worked out by traditional mining and physical technology. The share of poor and ordinary ores remains significant, but traditional technology does not provide the necessary level of profitability. Therefore, the widespread introduction of physicochemical technology: underground block (BPV) and heap leaching (KV) can be a decisive moment in the continuation of the operation of these deposits. The applied technology of underground block leaching has one significant drawback – a low rate of uranium recovery into a productive solution, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of this technology in the development of poor uranium deposits. To increase the yield of uranium into the productive solution, it is necessary to analyze the entire preparation and leaching process and establish the main reasons for the low rates of transition of uranium to a mobile state. For this purpose, it is proposed to simulate the underground leaching process by building visual models of halos spreading of solutions along shrinked ore mining mass accumulated in an underground chamber. During the simulation, it was found that the distribution of the size classes of the broken ore pieces in the chamber can be predicted at the stage of drilling and blasting operations, and when determining the line of least resistance W and the distance between the ends of the wells, take into account the diameter of the controlled crushing zone R_p. At the same time, 3 zones of granulometric compositions are formed: a re-grinding zone, an optimum zone and a non-carbarite exit zone. The flow of solutions through these zones will differ the more significantly, the higher the height of the chamber. In a zone with larger crushing, an almost steep distribution of the solution spreading front is expected. Accordingly, the smaller the fraction, the lower the front to the horizontal is. The following functions are offered to simulate filtering processes: – it is possible to control the flow of working solutions to the fan of irrigation wells in order to achieve optimal leaching parameters, i.e. to quickly control the process; – knowledge of the law of distribution of irrigation flares makes it possible to select the optimal grid of location of single sprinklers","PeriodicalId":332716,"journal":{"name":"Transbaikal State University Journal","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127275406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
