Rylsky","doi":"10.21209/2227-9245-2022-28-2-6-18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21209/2227-9245-2022-28-2-6-18","url":null,"abstract":"In the production of high-precision gravimetric studies at ore deposits, an important factor is the methodical correctness of the work, which directly affects the subsequent costs and life cycle of a geological exploration enterprise. It is known, that gravimetric survey, in addition to the actual stage of measurements on the ground, includes the stage of eliminating errors introduced into the measurements by external fields and objects, in particular, the terrain. Methods existing and adopted at the state level involve the use of materials from cartographic funds (topographic maps at a scale of 1:100,000 - 1:25,000 and larger). It is also allowed to use open (free) terrain models. These materials are distinguished by a common characteristic feature - the lack of detail in thedisplay of the microrelief and steep inclined surfaces (slopes, walls, faults, incisions). These elements have a significant effect on the field values, measured by gravimeters, especially when measurements, are taken at points located at a small distance from the specified forms. In addition, the existing methods do not involve calculations using digital elevation models built from initial data with a high density of elevations (with a step of a few meters or more). All this creates the prerequisites for an insufficiently complete consideration of corrections in gravimetric measurements. At the same time, the technical capabilities of modern aviation remote sensing equipment make it possible to quickly obtain a high-precision digital model of the terrain over large areas. The most accurate, versatile and promising technology in this respect is the method of airborne laser (lidar) scanning. In this paper, the authors consider a methodology for performing work using both airborne laser scanning of the relief and other types of data (topographic maps 1:25,000, open data models). As part of the research, calculations were also made of the final corrections for the influence of the terrain and a comparison of the results obtained with each other. With the help of mathematical modeling and cartographic algebra, matrices (grids) of design parameters were constructed. The object of the study is the activities of transnational criminal groups in Northeast Asia and the Russian Far East. The subject of the study is the impact that such activities have on regional security in Northeast Asia, as well as on the national level of individual countries. The author has used the comparative method, which allowed us to compare the situation in different countries of the region, as well as the role and influence of organized criminal groups of different countries on the overall situation and the state of security; the method of logical analysis, which allowed us to analyze ambiguous, contradictory processes, in particular on the territory of Japan; the historical-genetic method, which allowed us to trace the origins of modern processes in this sphere. As well as the impact that this activity has on regional security in Northeast Asia, as well as at the national level of individual countries. The phenomenon of organized crime and transnational crime is not fundamentally new. However, with the onset of modern globalization processes, it has acquired previously unprecedented scales, forms, and consequences. Globalization has led not to only positive developments, open markets and the emergence of a large number of opportunities, but also to a number of negative aspects. Illegal formations received a huge number of opportunities for development and growth. The aim of the paper is to compare the ideas about the essence of regional security in the discourse of state power and the regions in order to find a solution to the possibility of managing the situation of regional security. The research methodology involves the use of comparative analysis, as well as the use of a phenomenological and situational approach, the theory of social services and the dialogue of cultures. The authors argue that the solution of the regional security problem within the framework of the federal state is a continuous process of finding a compromise aimed at an attempt to meet the multidirectional needs, one of which is to ensure the unity, sovereignty and integrity of the Russian Federation; the other is to protect and safeguard the safe existence of regions. Therefore, it is necessary to state that the system of vital interests at the regional level is mobile; it changes under the influence of conditions, security environment. A decisive role in the process of changes in regional interests, and, consequently, regional security, is played by factors prompting the region to take fundamentally important political and other actions, among which discourses of regional security stand out, such as the discourse of state power and regional discourse of security. This orientation determines the novelty of the study, which for the first time is aimed at separating the regional security discourse from the security discourse of state power and substantiating the resolution of the contradiction between them. The purpose of the work is to consider podcasting through the prism of the thematic nature and groups of texts (mainly socio-cultural and political), their narrative structure, functions in public communication of the digital media environment, and other significant aspects. The methodology of the research is focused on the typological analysis of the functional and content characteristics of the podcast as a polycode formation in terms of matching the choice of the current format (podcast-monologue, podcast-conversation, podcast-series, etc.), topics, issues, rhetorical techniques, markers of attracting attention. A conclusion is made about the specifics and prospects of podcasting development, and a general algorithm for analyzing the podcast as a cultural and socio-political phenomenon is proposed, taking into account significant “markers”. It was also concluded that the development of the podcast sphere in the world indicates the high socio-cultural significance of this phenomenon of Internet communication and the need for its comprehensive understanding at the levels of political and sociological analysis. The field of application of the results is political theory, sociology, cultural studies, history, and journalism. The analysis of podcasts allows us to identify the features of their functioning as social phenomena. First of all, this is a high level of the author’s response to events, which is reflected directly on the air and can be determined through the topics and issues of the publication’s information policy. There is also a saturation of the podcast content with a variety of opinions. The main “body” of the media product is formed by expert opinions in the formats of conversation, commentary, and interviews, which include so-called “situational elements” in the media texts: letters, quotes, audience comments, questions, and even life hacks. There is a management of the attention of consumers of information with the help of accuracy, relevance in the choice of a particular topic by podcasters (podcasts act “point-by-point”). It is due to this effect that consumer activity is not only retained, but also increases, and audience interests grow in the process of conscious, rather than random, work with certain audience “layers”.
