The marketing mix strategy implemented by the Maulana Genteng Bakery includes product, price, place and promotion. Maulana Bakery focuses its marketing activities on products, pricing, distribution and promotion methods. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy run by Maulana Bakery using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data directly from the company by conducting observations and interviews according to the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix strategy has an important role in marketing its products. Where the four marketing mixes support and complement each other, and have their respective roles. This type of research is an explanatory research with quantitatibe approach. The method of data collection using quetionnaires and documentation study. This method is used to describe relationship between variables each other. Mechanical analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The result showed that motivation and discipline simultaneous has influence on employes performance by 75,9% while the remaining 24,1% is influenced by other variable not examined in this study. Work motivation is partially effected by significant value of 2,775 is smaller than a=0,050. It is expected that CV Multi Bangunan  to always increase the motivation and discipline that employee perfoemance is satisfactory . \u0000Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Employee Performance \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan paarsial motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Metode ini digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti satu sama lain. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. berdasakan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 75,9% sedangkan sisanya 24,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dengan nilai signifikan 2,775 lebih kecil dari a=0,050. CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan sepeda motor merek Honda. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma kuantitatif dengan korelasi kausal asosiatif untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan sampel sejumlah 41 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 3) Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. \u0000  \u0000Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, describing, and analyzing the correlation of work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) as variables that are partially and simultaneously related to the performance of marketing employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji is a company engaged in the sale of Honda motorcycles. The design of this study uses a quantitative paradigm approach with associative causal correlation to determine the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 41 respondents. The company engaged in manufacturing CV Ghealsyshoes is a local company in Indonesia that produces various kinds of shoes, especially women's shoes. Based on data and facts in the field, it was found that in one year of production, heels still experience product defects caused by problems that occur in the production process, which is an average of 2.75%. Problems in the production process are caused by several factors at the input or input stage such as raw materials, performance of tools and machines, and labor. The results showed that quality control at CV Ghealsyshoes was divided into three stages. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, where this research was conducted at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir  (JNE) Main Branch of Jember. The independent variables in this study are Self-efficacy (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2), while the dependent variable is Performance (Y). All existing research variables are measured using a Likert scale that has been modified into 4 options. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 respondents namely employees of the courier division at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch of Jember. The type of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of the courier division employees at PT. The study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Cultural framework introduced by Browaeys & Price was utilized to analyze cultural elements. Data collection was conducted through qualitative interviews with foreign expatriates from South Asia region and local Javanese employees who have direct contact with the expatriates. The results showed that, home country cultural background influence the cross-cultural and diversity management strategy in several cultural aspects. There is a strong company value in their managerial activities. Metode penelitian adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik dimulai dari pendefinisian kata kunci ‘Covid-19’ dan ‘Jurnal’ pada aplikasi Publish or Perish dengan Google Scholar sebagai database. Setelah dilakukan penyempitan hasil dengan memilih topik khusus pada ‘bisnis dan manajemen’, diperoleh 32 artikel terkait untuk ditinjau dari 125 artikel hasil pencarian awal. Kemudian disusun meta data menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley, aplikasi Vosviewer digunakan untuk membuat visualisasi trend penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika klasifikasi penelitian mengenai covid-19 pada bidang bisnis dan manajemen dibagi menjadi 3 cluster dengan topik yang berpusat pada sektor bisnis yang terdampak seperti pariwisata, UMKM, dan pasar tradisional. Kinerja karyawan, pemutusan hubungan kerja, dan WFH merupakan cluster pada bidang manajemen. In fact, human resources are an investment for the organization. This study will attempt to review the symptoms that occur during a pandemic through a review of Turnover Intentions obtained by job satisfaction and job imperfections. This study aims to see the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intentions in the case study of the Presidium business unit. The object of this research is the Marketing Executive with a saturated sample technique method and a questionnaire to 158 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 application, traffic conclusions with multiple data analysis techniques. The results of this study can ignore that the variables of job satisfaction and job insecurity have a positive influence on turnover intention. This explains that Turnover Intentions are a symptom that occurs during a pandemic.
