The independent variables in this study are Self-efficacy (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2), while the dependent variable is Performance (Y). All existing research variables are measured using a Likert scale that has been modified into 4 options. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 respondents namely employees of the courier division at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch of Jember. The type of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of the courier division employees at PT. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在确定和分析:(1)自我效能感对绩效的影响;(2)组织承诺对绩效的影响;(3)自我效能感和组织承诺对绩效的同步影响。这种类型的研究是一种使用多元线性回归分析的定量方法的关联研究,该研究是在Jember的PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE)主要分支进行的。本研究的自变量为自我效能(X1)和组织承诺(X2),因变量为绩效(Y)。所有现有的研究变量都使用李克特量表进行测量,该量表已修改为4个选项。研究中使用的样本为50名受访者,即PT.
