CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan sepeda motor merek Honda. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma kuantitatif dengan korelasi kausal asosiatif untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan sampel sejumlah 41 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 3) Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. \n  \nKata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja \n  \n  \nAbstract \nThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing, describing, and analyzing the correlation of work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) as variables that are partially and simultaneously related to the performance of marketing employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji is a company engaged in the sale of Honda motorcycles. The design of this study uses a quantitative paradigm approach with associative causal correlation to determine the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 41 respondents. 摘要
