This is because their life experiences are different, especially their experience in using technology. The purpose of this research is to formulate a formula for evaluating Arabic speaking skills by using YouTube as an evaluation medium and seeing phenomena that emerge when Youtube is used as an evaluation medium in Arabic speaking skills courses. In this study, researchers used descriptive and analytical methods, because he dealt with a lot of information from students assigned to the class by observation and interview. The results showed that the steps in evaluating speaking skills included 3 stages, first the preparation or making of a video, then the upload stage and finally the assessment stage itself. while the phenomenon that arises when using youtube as an evaluation medium is the increased enthusiasm and motivation of students when speaking Arabic, especially when they know that they will publish it to YouTube students are more enthusiastic and serious in showing their speaking skills. with the use of youtube as an evaluation medium, it raises the phenomenon of increasing student scores, almost overall students get good grades, apart from that the videos they make can also be used as an interesting, fun, and easy learning media. Writing material must be designed to realize the skills that are directly implemented in daily life. Therefore, the needs analysis process is a necessity to find out those needs. The aim of study was to get the students’ needs of Arabic guided writing material through task-based learning. Writing has to create as task learning because it needs more practice. This study needs to design guided material. The research used qualitative research using descriptive qualitative method. The process of collecting data used documentation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative technique and judgment experts. The result of finding show that teacher and students need authentic material refers to practice. Task-based learning has offered the variation of task. Almost the participant answered that the types of task is available with the Arabic guided writing learning. This study is not oriented to the writing material content but also combined with the variation task activity. It can be implemented in guided writing subject. When Al-Qur’an text is translated, another problem arises, whether the translation has included the entire meaning contained in Al-Qur’an text. So, it whether can replace the position of Al-Qur’an text or not. This paper aims to address these problems in An Noursi's perspective. Based on a descriptive analytical literature review of the writings of An Noursi relating to Al-Qur'an and the translation of Al-Qur'an, a conclusion can be drawn that the An Noursi is classified by Ulama that the text of Al-Qur'an cannot be translated into any language . This perspective is clearly seen when he explained the theme of Al-Qur'an, where Al-Qur'an is an aspect of the miracles of the language possessed by Al-Qur'an and cannot be possessed and compared by any other language. In addition, An Noursi's rejection of Al-Qur'an translation above cannot be separated from the social political influence in Turkey at that time, where religious secularization was very intensively carried out by the authorities. In other words, this paper tries to present a moderate perspective about the translation of Al-Qur’an, where the process of translating Al-Qur’an is very possible when the translation is understood to be limited to Tarjamah Tafsîriyyah not Tarjamah Harfiyyah, because actually the translation of Al-Qur’an is intended by the Ulama the one who rejected it was Tarjamah Harfiyyah. This research is a Library Research, that relies on a descriptive analytical approach (al-Manhaj al-Washfi al-Tahlili). Descriptive approach is to analyze scientific material that is related to the subject, through library research and then presented and explained systematically. The analytical approach is to analyze the hadith of the Prophet which contains the aspects of tasybih and the words of the ‘ulama (clerics) and balaghah experts. Adat al-Shibh is the link between musyabbah and musyabbah bih. Tasybih will not be considered as completed without adat al-Syibh. Adat al-Syibh has a big role in tasybih, which can be mentioned in the sentence or omitted, and with omitting, it will give a stronger meaning than mentioning. Tasybih in terms of the Adat of al-Sibh is divided into two, namely the tasybih mursal, if its adat al-syibh is mentioned and tasybih muakkad if its adat syibih is omitted. Adat al-Syibh in the hadith uses four kinds of kaf, kaanna, mislu, and nahwu. Competence can be interpreted as knowledge, skills, and abilities controlled by someone who has become part of himself. So that he can perform cognitive, affective and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible.This study uses a development research method developed by Jack Richard which modified according to the needs in the development of the syllabus. Thus, the research steps include the study of documents on the syllabus that is already running, observation of learning using a running syllabus, and analysis of needs for the development of the syllabus, and developing the syllabus for Arabic language learning in higher education. The skill-based syllabus contains a number of specific \"predictable\" abilities to be part of language usage. The draft curriculum for this study program has not been reviewed and validated according to the needs of the graduates. In the curriculum, a formulation of graduates’ profile is needed. This research aims to determine the perceptions of Stakeholders about the profile of master study program of Arabic Education (PBA) graduates of UIN Raden Intan Lampung is as their expectation and the demand of the IQF (Indonesian Qualification Framework) level 8 in applied master program.This research was conducted in qualitative with Survey method. Data collection instruments include questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed in qualitative. The survey results of stakeholders are known that the profile of the main graduates of master study program of Arabic Education (PBA) in UIN Raden Intan Lampung Postgraduate is as a teacher of Arabic in the Bachelor program (S1), supporting profiles as researchers, Arabic Education designers and the preferred profiles as Arabic philologists or journalists. Starting from the development of hypnoteraphy in various functions and uses such as health, psychological to the world of education which is then called hypnoteaching. This method is a new learning method in Arabic that uses students 'positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. This innovation is an acute hypnoteraphy with teaching so as to produce a new method as an alternative choice in the selection of fun Arabic learning methods. This research is a library research that seeks to find the literature that is in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in Arabic learning. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today.
