However, it is often necessary to establish a ray coordinate system for each ray and divide the cylinder string area in the ray coordinate system, which makes the algorithm involve multi coordinate system conversion and other issues. In this paper, a CCC algorithm in a unified coordinate system is proposed to solve this problem. But OTFS integrated signal has high Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR), which degrades the performance of the system heavily. In this paper, the PAPR characteristics of OTFS signals are firstly deduced and evaluated, then a hybrid PAPR reduction algorithm is proposed. It is based on Zadoff-Chu Matrix Transform (ZCMT) and Partial Transmit Sequences (PTS) for reducing P APR. Firstly, an orthogonal precoding matrix is constructed using the Zadoff-Chu sequence, then the data symbols are multiplied by the precoding matrix, and then OTFS signal is divided using the conventional PTS procedure. Finally, the optimal phase rotation factor is selected to reduce the autocorrelation of each sub-data block of the OTFS integrated signal, thus a low P APR OTFS integrated signal is obtained. The poor performance of the initial key will affect the efficiency of key reconciliation, and even cause the failure of the whole key generation method. In the existing quantization algorithms, the quantization level and guard interval are fixed, so the performance of the initial key cannot always be optimized in the face of complex and changeable communication environment. Aiming at the above problems, this paper combines the adaptive adjustment of quantization level and guard interval effectively on the basis of existing multi-bit quantization algorithm. This method continues the method of deleting eigenvalues by index value in multi-bit quantization algorithm, which improves the consistency of initial key. Based on information theory, this method selects optimal quantization level on the premise that the initial key is theoretically error-free under different SNR. This method sets the guard interval based on the average error probability of the eigenvalue and the quantization level, which solves the problem of deleting too many eigenvalues when the SNR is high in the method of setting fixed guard interval. The non-uniform non-stationary and non-Gaussian clutter degrades the performance of traditional power-based threshold detection methods based on the statistical signal processing theory. Most recent works on the feature-based target detection methods relies on the time-frequency features, which may be unavailable for short-dwell-time applications. Therefore, this work develops a new multi-dimensional feature of targets, multi-circle feature, without limitation of the dwell-time length. A convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to discriminate true targets and false alarms after the low-threshold detection in energy domain. In this paper, improvements are made on the selection of nominal secondary path and disturbance weighting function on the basis of robust control theory. The optimized method makes it possible to achieve higher noise reduction on the premise of ensuring the stability of the feedback system. Based on LSTM network, a spatiotemporal gate is added to process the spatiotemporal information of ship movement behavior separately, and the time and space factors of ship navigation are considered, so that the model has spatiotemporal characteristics. The network model is trained by the actual ship navigation data, and the future ship navigation trajectory is predicted. The predicted value of the future trajectory obtained is compared with the actual value of the real ship voyage. The expression of the predicted Bayesian Cramer-Rao lower bound (BCRLB) is derived and used to measure the target tracking performance. Since the JRNSRA strategy is a non-convex optimization problem, we propose a two-step solution algorithm to solve the resulting problem.
