This research method is literature study with editing, organizing and finding steps. Data analysis used deductive and inductive techniques. The results of the study are known to overcome educational problems, one of which is by investing in human resources. Investment in human resources will be able to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions. Human capital includes intellectual, emotional, social, fortitude and moral capital. Education is said to be of quality if it meets or exceeds customer expectations both internally and externally. Therefore, improving the quality of education needs to be done by encouraging educators and education staff to increase their knowledge about their work through training, workshops and further studies. AbstrakPermasalahan pendidikan dewasa ini dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga permasalahan utama, yaitu pemerataan, kualitas dan relevansi. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan langkah-langkah editing, organizing dan finding. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian diketahui untuk mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan salah satunya dengan melakukan investasi sumber daya manusia. Investasi sumber daya manusia akan dapat meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan. Modal manusia meliputi modal intelektual, emosional, sosial, ketabahan dan moral. Pendidikan dikatakan bermutu apabila memenuhi atau melebihi harapan pelanggan baik internal maupun eksternal. The method used is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and document review. The results showed that based on the elements of fine art, the work of students had their beauty based on the perspective of each person who saw it, and there were various types of paintings by students. Still, the types of paintings that often appeared in the lower classes were naturalistic and transparency types. by following under the characteristics of lower-class students. Keywords: Painting, Visual Aesthetics, Children Painting Type. AbstrakTujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan estetika visual karya seni lukis peserta didik kelas III berdasarkan garis, warna, bentuk, dan gradasi serta menjelaskan tipe lukisan. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. The approach adopts positive education that sees character traits as malleable skills that can develop with effective teaching and practices. Students' work placement in a real-world setting encourages them to apply theoretical and practical learning and, at the same time, provide them the opportunity to learn and practice life skills. Two types of data were collected for this study: a survey and interviews. Five students were interviewed on an occasion in which they were probed on how do they responded towards the aspect of WIL in the survey of student's engagement. The thirty-three items of Resilience Scale for Adults [1] results indicate that participants relatively scored high on five factors measurements on the RSA scale. It indicated that they seem to be easily more adaptable and more resilient. The data analysis of this research uses three activity lines that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Opinions were obtained from the stages of socialization and technical guidance on the implementation of the learning quality improvement program through Lesson study. This activity is carried out in two stages. Phase 1 is a field orientation activity carried out by the team, the purpose of this activity is to prepare activities and collect data on young lecturers (CPNS) who are in the teacher training institution at university environment. Phase 2 is a lesson study cycle socialization and technical guidance activity which was carried out in a 4-hour meeting on 27 July 2020 at the teacher training institution University. In this activity, 4 team members as resource persons were present to provide strengthening of lesson study to participants in the socialization and technical guidance, besides that this activity was also attended by 29 participants who were young lecturers in the faculty. With these stages, it is hoped that this community services activity can produce an understanding of sustainable programs for young lecturers in order to improve the quality of professional lecturers and can improve the quality of learning so that it results in increased results and learning processes for students. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the conceptual model of CEFE training was very helpful in training management and specifically to deal with problems in the business world, then based on the discussion conducted on the conceptual model of the training it was more structured and focused when compared to not implementing the training model, then this management applied real simulation into the world of entrepreneurship which makes this model very suitable to be applied to entrepreneurship training programs. The impact of this research is to create insight into job opportunities, increase entrepreneurial insight and create a family spirit, as well as train participants to develop businesses through business partners. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kajian dengan mendeskripsikan model konseptual pelatihan CEFE dalam menyempurnakan program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pandangan Emic, kemudian pengumpulan data melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pendamping, dan koordinator serta alat pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa model konseptual pelatihan CEFE sangat membantu dalam manajemen pelatihan dan khusus untuk menangani permasalahan di dunia usaha, kemudian berdasarkan pembahasan yang dilakukan mengenai model konseptual pelatihan tersebut lebih terstruktur dan fokus jika dibandingkan dengan tidak menerapkan model pelatihan, kemudian pada manajemen ini menerapkan simuasi nyata ke dunia wirausaha yang membuah model ini menerpkan simulasi model pelatihan, kemudian pada manajemen ini menerapkan simulasi nyata ke dunia wirausaha yang membuat model ini sangat cocok untuk diterapkan pada program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Many companies require their workers to have the ability to speak Mandarin. Mandarin has its peculiarities in pronunciation, Chinese or Chinese characters, vocabulary, and grammar. Therefore, learning Mandarin as a second language is not the same as copying from learning other foreign languages as a second language. So far, Chinese learning has focused more on how to teach a particular material. However, how students learn to affect their success in learning Mandarin is under study. This research will study the strategies used by students in learning pronunciation, Chinese characters, vocabulary, and grammar. The information obtained through the questionnaire summarizes the learning strategies that students have carried out. The conclusions obtained will be used as a scientific basis for lecturers who support courses related to pronunciation skills, mastery of mandarin letters and vocabulary, and skills in using grammar to provide direction and guidance to students on effective learning strategies.Abstrak Bahasa Mandarin merupakan bahasa asing yang cukup populer dipelajari pada saat ini. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin. Bahasa Mandarin memiliki kekhasannya sendiri dalam pelafalan, huruf Mandarin atau Hanzi, kosakata dan tata bahasa. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin sebagai bahasa kedua tidak sama persis atau bukan copy paste dari pembelajaran bahasa asing lainnya sebagai bahasa kedua. Selama ini, pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin lebih berfokus pada bagaimana cara dosen mengajarkan suatu materi tertentu. Aspek bagaimana si mahasiswa belajar kurang diperhatikan, sehingga keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Mandarin juga ikut terpengaruh. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada strategi yang digunakan mahasiswa dalam belajar pelafalan, huruf Mandarin, kosakata dan tata bahasa. Informasi yang diperoleh lewat kuesioner diharapkan dapat memberikan rangkuman tentang strategi-strategi pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. This pandemic was causing changes in almost all sectors in our life, including education. Most of the education carried out in Indonesia uses the direct / face-to-face/ offline method between educators and students. The spread of COVID-19 is through direct contact or contact with air or surface containing the virus. The unevenness of perceptions, examinations, and existing protocols causes fear of face-to-face education. This research is a review of articles on COVID-19, health and education protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Public perceptions including educators, students and families about COVID-19 must be equalized to fight the pandemic together and welcome online education which is the safest option in education during pandemic.  AbstrakTahun 2020 terjadi pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID19). Pandemi ini menyebabkan perubahan di hampir semua bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Pendidikan yang dilakukan di Indonesia banyak yang menggunakan cara langsung/tatap muka antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Penyebaran COVID-19 adalah melalui kontak langsung atau bersentuhan dengan barang-barang yang mengandung virus. Belum meratanya persepsi, pemeriksaan, dan protokol yang ada menyebabkan ketakutan untuk melakukan pendidikan secara tatap muka. Penelitian ini merupakan telaah artikel mengenai COVID-19, protokol kesehatan dan pendidikan selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu langkah yang tepat dilakukan untuk menunjang penguasaan keterampilan abad 21 yaitu dengan menerapkan kerangka pembelajaran Community of Inquiry dengan model Think Pair Share. Tujuan penelitian pada artikel ini ada dua. 1) Mengkaji konsep kerangka Community of Inquiry dan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share. 2) Mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran abad 21 melalui kerangka Community of Inquiry dengan model Think Pair Share.
