This paper adopts descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis and other methods to evaluate and study the tax pressure of different scale manufacturing firms by two angles that are effective tax rates (income tax rate and turnover tax rate), taking the manufacturing firms in Quzhou Zhejiang, as a research object. There are two conclusions. One is that there is negative correlation between firm size and the corresponding tax burden. The study tries to verify the relationship between innovation culture, transformational capabilities and transformational performance via multilevel organizational behavioral questionnaires. It points out that innovation culture have remarkably positive effect on transformational performance. This paper estimates the eco-efficiency of cities in Zhejiang Province, China. Eco-efficiency is firstly assessed by using conventional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) techniques. However conventional DEA-related ranking approaches are on the basis of self-evaluation, so the calculated efficiencies have little meaning as ranking base. Therefore a ranking technique based on the weight set is advanced. The author explores the knowledge action mechanism of independent innovation capability and puts forward cultivate path of improving knowledge-based independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry. First, this paper involves the generation process of independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry based on the principle of knowledge dissemination. In other words, the knowledge is promoted and transformed in the entire independent innovation process, such as knowledge creation, transfer and application. Then, this paper comes to the composition of independent innovation capability. According to the impact of knowledge in the independent innovation process, the independent innovation capability is divided into innovation input capability which is generated in the knowledge generation process, innovation transfer capability which is generated in the knowledge dissemination process and innovation output capability which is generated in the knowledge application process. Secondly, the author puts forward the mechanism of improving independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry. This mechanism addresses the cycling of three steps including knowledge capital stock, external knowledge absorption and knowledge integration, which would realize the improvement of the competitiveness and independent innovation capability for the companies. And then, this paper identifies the importance on developing independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry-knowledge capital stock, knowledge integration and transformation, as well as knowledge output management. Finally, the author puts forward the development model, which includes endogenous development, knowledge absorption and knowledge restructuring, and path for the domestic automobile industry to realize independent innovation capability.
