When find the K-neighbor of a node in the QR-tree, it needs to find the corresponding grid units. However, it is being plunged into a predicament of \"resource crisis\". From narrow connotation of effective utilization of forest resources, it considered that the effective utilization of forest resources is an important part of sustaining utilization of forest resources. It analyzed situation and status of forest resources and the changes of forest resources utilization's idea and the characteristics of forest resources utilization of forestry industry area in Heilongjiang province. It found the some main problems of forest resources utilization, for example, logging and timber processing's remainder of reusing rate is low, using mode of forest resources is unreasonable, existing economic form is irrational, technology is behind and the lack of support policies, and so on. Finally, it put forward some strategies to promote the effective utilization of forest resources. Based on interrelated literatures, this paper set up the seller credit evaluation index system in three degrees, and confirmed the weight of the different level indexes using Delphi and AHP method; this paper set three time-variable weighting functions such as linear, convex and concave, established a dynamic mathematical model for evaluating the seller credit, and used for buyers with different time preferences to evaluate the seller credit. Taking one seller of the Taobao net for example, which gave out the calculation process of the seller's credit evaluation, the result showed that the model can reflect the seller credit well. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation model of college teacher performance for the development of universities in the new situation. The results reveal that increase of public health investment will impel increase of household health investment, but if government has more rapid increase extent, then increase extent of household health investment is restrained. Furthermore, there exists long-term co-integration relationship among household health investment, disposable income and public health investment. In the traditional method, the customer credit evaluation precision is insufficient, which causes the enterprise into a dilemma situation. In view of this problem, this article proposed using data mining technology Bayesian network model increases the customer credit forecast precision. This method union prior knowledge and latter information, using the Bayesian network model to mine the credit concealed information, which realizes perfect forecast for the customer credit.
