Based on interrelated literatures, this paper set up the seller credit evaluation index system in three degrees, and confirmed the weight of the different level indexes using Delphi and AHP method; this paper set three time-variable weighting functions such as linear, convex and concave, established a dynamic mathematical model for evaluating the seller credit, and used for buyers with different time preferences to evaluate the seller credit. Taking one seller of the Taobao net for example, which gave out the calculation process of the seller's credit evaluation, the result showed that the model can reflect the seller credit well. 摘要

随着C2C电子商务的快速发展,关于网络诈骗的报道越来越频繁,信用问题也越来越受到人们的重视。在查阅相关文献的基础上,建立了三个层次的卖方信用评价指标体系,并运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定了不同层次指标的权重;本文设置线性、凸、凹三种时变加权函数,建立了卖方信用评价的动态数学模型,并用于不同时间偏好的买方对卖方信用的评价。以某淘宝卖家为例,给出了卖家信用评价的计算过程,结果表明该模型能较好地反映卖家的信用状况。此外,该方法还可用于购买者信用评价,为C2C电子商务的发展提供更公平的网上购物环境和科学的管理方法。
