摘要

高校教师的工作绩效作为高校发展的主要资源,直接影响着高校教学科研的发展水平,但影响高校教师绩效的因素是众多的、确定的、不确定的和模糊的。因此,建立科学合理的高校教师绩效综合评价模型对于新形势下高校的发展显得尤为重要。本文引入价值工程(Value Engineering, VE),在此基础上制定了新的高校教师绩效评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法-多阶段模糊综合评价法对其进行分析,以期得出全面客观的评价结论,为实际的绩效管理提供依据。
