Using the security view method of information system, the security architecture is proposed which consists of security function view, security system view, security technology view together with the relations and restrictions between them. It was well known that forest could play an important role to control soil & water erosion, uptake extra soil nutrients as well. However forest coverage is rather low and woodlands are extensively managed in the headwaters region. Thus the fertilizer loss resulted from the erosion of soil and water in sloping field has acted as an important role in the course. In view of the situation, enhancing forest establishment and management is significant. The primary objective of applying hedgerows is to control soil & water erosion, and improve farming conditions on slope field in headwater region of Taihu Lake basin. While building riparian forest buffer zone is helpful to protect riverbank, uptake nutrients, hold up pollutants and provide habitat for wildlife. The higher majority shareholders hold shares, the greater the cash dividends are paid , the more serious the excoriation will be. The use of equity financing to pay cash dividends is a more serious act of interest expropriation which directly leads to expropriation of the capital of minority shareholders. When they have common interests, it may lead to \"collusion\" effect. A conflict of interest may leads them to supervise each other. It is a creative work combined sense with sensibility and based on huge color resource analysis. In traditional color resource management, different kind of information is usually mixed together and designers can hardly compare accumulated resources and make trend prediction just from picture information. It not only wastes lots of useful information but also affects the accuracy of prediction. This system of color resource management aimed at supporting fashion color forecasting is very helpful and can be carried out by computer intelligence. It divides color resource management into 3 processes: (1) Color resource selecting and classifying. (2) Color resource numeration. (3) Color data optimization.
