To test the hypotheses, we designed a questionnaire, and conducted a survey in Xi'an Software Park. We used AMOS 16.0 to analyze the collected data. The paper first clarifies the meanings of customer behavioral loyalty and attitudinal loyalty, and analyzes the main driving factors of customer loyalty. In this paper, a new evaluation method using fuzzy clustering is put forward. It can perfectly deal with the inherent limitations of supply chain alliance and measure the overall performance during all the work phases of supply chain by linking the key factors from each partner of supply chain alliance. First Penrose's Enterprise Growth Theory is briefly introduced and then an in-depth analysis of Penrose Effect is made. The theoretical expansion of Penrose Effect is also discussed. Finally inspirations brought by Penrose's Enterprise Growth Theory are summarized. Penrose Effect tells us that the fast-growing of the enterprise at one time is often accompanied by the slowing down of the enterprise growth during the next period. It is put forward in the paper that after a period of relatively slow growth stage, fast growth stage will arrive, which has supplemented the theory of Penrose Effect.
