Abstract

In these years, logistics real estate has become the new point of profit growth in logistics enterprises. As the carrier of logistics activities, it plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of logistics operations, reducing logistics costs and improving logistics enterprise's core competitiveness. In this paper, we provide some suggestions for the business model of logistics real estate in China, by analyzing its several common business model.
