Notice of RetractionFactors Influencing Information Systems Outsourcing Success: A Survey in Xi'an, China

Abstract

On the basis of extant literature, we built a conceptual model of the relationship between network structure, IT capability, organizational relationship management capability, trust and Information Systems Outsourcing (ISO) success, and proposed some hypotheses about them. To test the hypotheses, we designed a questionnaire, and conducted a survey in Xi'an Software Park. We used AMOS 16.0 to analyze the collected data. The empirical results show that network structure, organizational relationship management capability, and trust have significant impacts on ISO success while IT capability appears to have no impact on ISO success.
