Ecological issues have become global and local problems that are increasingly expanding into humanitarian issues, namely social, spiritual, political and economic. This article focuses on ecological damage and social injustice that occur in the lives of the lembang Paku and Ma'dong communities. This research aimed to propose the concept of Panenteism-Sangserekan as an effort to build Theology-Ecology-Economy in the Toraja context. The research used qualitative methods through a literature review approach. The result of this study is Christian theology and local wisdom that can be the basis of spirituality and morality of the Toraja people in the face of ecological damage.Abstrak. Persoalan ekologis telah menjadi masalah global maupun lokal yang kian hari semakin meluas menjadi masalah kemanusiaan, yakni sosial, spiritual, politik, dan ekonomi. Artikel ini menitikberatkan pada kerusakan ekologis dan ketidakadilan sosial yang terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat Lembang Paku dan Ma’dong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan konsep Panenteisme-Sangserekan sebagai upaya membangun Teologi-Ekologi-Ekonomi dalam konteks Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka. Believing in God and not is a human attitude in facing the ontological big reality, including his existence. Various arguments have proven the existence of God whether through ontological, cosmological, or teleological evidence in the context of philosophy and theology. This paper presents Kant's thinking which rejected all these arguments. Using Wittgenstein's method of philosophical investigation, this paper showed that for Kant, such evidence was a futile effort because human reason is limited. Kant argued that through morality, humans can find God and religion. Through morality too, Kant rejected atheism. This study can contribute to the deepening of the discussion on the existence of religion, which has always been the subject of awareness of human existence; as well as being material that can be presented in public discussions to maintain social harmonization.Abstrak. Mempercayai Tuhan dan tidak adalah sikap manusia dalam menghadapi realitas besar ontologis, termasuk keberadaan dirinya. Berbagai argumen telah berupaya untuk membuktikan keberadaan Tuhan melalui bukti ontologis, kosmologis, dan teleologis dalam konteks filsafat dan teologi. Tulisan ini menghadirkan pemikiran Kant yang menolak semua argumentasi itu. Dengan metode investigasi filosofis ala Wittgenstein, tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa bagi Kant, pembuktian-pembuktian adanya Tuhan tersebut merupakan upaya kesia-siaan lantaran akal budi manusia itu terbatas. Kant mengetengahkan bahwa melalui moralitas, manusia bisa menemukan Tuhan dan agama. Melalui moralitas pula, Kant menolak ateisme. The phenomenon of the Pentecostal liturgical movement has been shown to significantly change the face of Christianity globally. The most effective particularity for this movement is its liturgical style which is relevant and connected to contemporary culture. Pentecostal creative liturgy has proven to be a contributing factor in the development of this movement. However, along with the development and growth of the Pentecostal movement, implied a shift in focus from missionary goals to individual goals in the liturgy of worship. This is certainly a challenge for the Pentecostal Church in revitalizing its liturgy. This study used qualitative research methods by utilizing various data from literature studies. This paper aimed to construct the concept of proflexion which was initiated by Joas Adiprasetya in revitalizing the Pentecostal liturgy. The results showed that the concept of proflection is in line with the vitality of the Pentecostal liturgical movement at this time.Abstrak. Fenomena gerakan liturgi kelompok Pentakostal telah terbukti secara signifikan mengubah wajah kekristenan secara global. Adapun partikularitas yang paling efektif bagi gerakan ini adalah corak liturginya yang relevan terkoneksi dengan budaya kontemporer. Liturgi kreatif Pentakostal telah terbukti menjadi faktor pendukung dalam perkembangan aliran ini. Namun seiring dengan pekembangan dan pertumbuhan gerakan Pentakostal tersebut, tersirat pergeseran fokus dari tujuan misional ke tujuan individual dalam liturginya ibadahnya. Hal ini tentunya menjadi tantangan bagi Gereja Pentakostal dalam merevitalisasi liturginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan berbagai data dari studi literatur. Theological anthropology is not a new theme in the discussion of Christian theology. The Christian theologians since the early period have given serious thought to the theme. However, many people do not know that the development of theological anthropological thought is not as simple as imagined. Aspects of anthropology associated with theology from early Christianity to the Middle Ages are very different from what is developed during the Enlightenment until todaywhen anthropology has become one of the established scientific disciplines. This study used a critical descriptive-analytical method to examine the development of Christian theological anthropological thought throughout the history of Christianity to this day. The results of the study indicated that the struggle of theological anthropological thought is present as an effort to answer challenges in a certain context and time.Abstrak. Antropologi Teologis bukanlah sebuah tema baru dalam diskusi teologi Kristen. Para pemikir Kristen sejak periode awal telah memberikan pemikiran yang serius terkait tema tersebut. Hanya saja, banyak pihak yang tidak mengetahui bahwa perkembangan pemikiran antropologi teologis tidak sesederhana seperti apa yang dibayangkan. Aspek antropologi yang dikaitkan dengan teologi pada periode Awal Kristianitas sampai Abad-abad Pertengahan sangat berbeda dengan apa yang ditemukan masa Pencerahan sampai hari ini, ketika antropologi telah menjadi salah satu bidang keilmuan yang mapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis yang kritis untuk menelaah perkembangan pemikiran Antropologi Teologis Kristen di sepanjang sejarah Kristianitas sampai hari ini. This article was written with the purpose of studying the corelation between power relation and sexual abuse in the King David and Bathsheba narrative to raise awareness of the danger posed by a power relation. By using plot analysis in the 2 Samuel 11:1-27 narrative, it can be understood that with the power he possessed, David committed an abuse of power to commit acts of sexual abuse against Bathsheba. Bathsheba, in this case who was in a position of lower power, could not refuse King David's lust. Thus, power relation should not be taken for granted, but must be understood critically.Abstrak. Artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk untuk mengkaji hubungan relasi kuasa dengan kekerasan seksual dalam narasi Raja Daud dan Batsyeba sehingga dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan bahaya yang ditimbulkan dari suatu relasi kuasa. Dengan menggunakan analisis plot pada narasi 2 Samuel 11:1-27, dapat dipahami bahwa dengan kekuasaan yang dimiliki, Daud melakukan tindakan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan secara sadar dan terencana untuk melakukan tindakan kekerasan seksual terhadap Batsyeba. Batsyeba, dalam hal ini yang berada di posisi kekuasaan lebih rendah, tidak dapat menolak keinginan Raja Daud tersebut. Responding to the spirit of Liberalism who overruled his age, Karl Barth exerted to “save” the Scripture from the mocking of liberal theologians. One of Barth’s positive influences is that the Scripture resumed to be respected as a media where God reveals himself. However, Barth unfortunately treated the Scripture as no more than testimonies about God. To Barth, the Bible is fallible because it is written by men. This is the focus of this study. This writing endeavors to articulate Barth’s concept of the Bible (also known as neo-orthodoxy) and provides critical analysis and arguments towards Barth’s view, especially related with the nature of the Bible. Through this study it can be concluded that Barth's thoughts about the Bible are heavily influenced by existentialism, and therefore are subjective.Abstrak. Menyikapi semangat Liberalisme yang melanda zamannya, Karl Barth berusaha “menyelamatkan: Kitab Suci dari hinaan para teolog liberal. Salah satu pengaruh Barth yang positif adalah dihormatinya kembali Kitab Suci sebagai media Allah menyatakan diri-Nya. Walaupun demikian, sangat disayangkan bahwa Barth memandang Kitab Suci tidak lebih dari sekadar kesaksian tentang Allah. Bagi Barth, Alkitab memiliki kapasitas kesalahan karena ditulis oleh manusia. Ini menjadi fokus penelitian penulis. This article examines the concept of the the Social Gospel’ mission as a dialectical effort to find its relevance to the mission of the church today. Through this article the author presents the main ideas of the Social Gospel as a critique of the church's mission approach regarding social problems. The method used in this paper is a literature study. Through this study, the result is that Social Gospel theology which emphasizes the preaching of the Kingdom of God makes it against to conservative theology. However, the Social Gospel mission approach can be a critique to the conservative mission approach, so that the mission paradigm can be further expanded, not only paying attention to futuristic personal salvation, but also caring about social salvation today.Abstrak. Artikel ini mengkaji konsep misi Social Gospel sebagai usaha dialektik untuk menemukan relevansinya bagi misi gereja masa kini. Melalui artikel ini penulis mengemukakan gagasan pokok Sosial Gospel sebagai kritik terhadap pendekatan misi gereja terhadap permasalahan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi literatur. Melalui studi ini diperoleh hasil bahwa teologi Social Gospel yang menekankan pada pemberitaan Kerajaan Allah membuatnya berseberangan dengan teologi konservatif. Paul in this case, has been called by God since he was still in his mother's womb, he was called by God to spread the gospel to other nations. This study aims to discuss the process of Pulus receiving the revelation of the gospel based on Galatians 1:11-12. The writing method used in writing this article is the exegesis method in Galatians 1:11-12 as well as a literature review of various literature sources related to the topic under study. The results of the study show that Paul in receiving the gospel proved that he received the gospel and lived the gospel not from human will, but he received it from God's statement to him. God had chosen him and according to God's plan, Paul would be a great Apostle. In Galatians 1:11-12, this verse has correctly recorded that Paul had been called by God and this verse speaks that Paul had accepted it, because it was a divine commission that he should have carried out.
