The media often produces destructive and provocative stories, which can erode and destroy the communal life. This research, which is based on a literature study and observation of digital space phenomena, is an attempt to build a contextual theology to respond to the phenomenon of hoaxes that proliferate in digital media. Through this study, it was revealed that hoax, that appears as half-true news, could be considered as a truth if it is constanly promoted. In dealing with this phenomenon, Christ is an example to be able to discern and confront every available information, so that the truth can be uncovered.Abstrak. Media seringkali memproduksi cerita-cerita destruktif dan provokatif, yang dapat mengikis dan menghancurkan sendi kehidupan bersama. Penelitian yang didasarkan pada studi pustaka dan pengamatan fenomena ruang digital ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk membangun suatu teologi kontekstual untuk menanggapi fenomena hoaks yang menjamur di media digital. Melalui studi ini terungkap bahwa berita bohong, yang sering tampil sebagai berita setengah benar, akan menjadi narasi yang dianggap benar, jika dipromosikan secara terus-menerus. This study is an attempt to build a theological view on the social activism of Pentecostals in Indonesia. Pentecostals in Indonesia are actually very familiar with social activities in the community. Otherwise, there would not be many Pentecostal Churches in various regions, which indicates the acceptance of the local community. However, such social activities are often understood separately from the understanding of the work of the Holy Spirit, or often understood to achieve the goal of proselytization. This study is conducted by re-reading the narratives of Joseph and Daniel in the Old Testament from the perspective of the Pneumatic work. The results of this study showed that the Spirit of God is the power that moves believers to work for the transformation of society.Abstrak. Kajian ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk membangun suatu pandangan teologis atas aktivisme sosial kaum Pentakostal di Indonesia. Kaum Pentakostal di Indonesia sebenarnya sudah sangat akrab dengan aktivitas sosial di tengah masyarakat. Jika tidak demikian, tidak mungkin banyak berdiri Gereja Pentakostal di berbagai daerah, yang mengindikasikan penerimaan masyarakat setempat. Namun, aktivitas sosial tersebut sering dipahami terpisah dengan pemahaman akan karya Roh Kudus, atau sering dipahami sebagai sarana mencapai tujuan proselitisasi. Kajian ini dikerjakan dengan membaca ulang narasi Yusuf dan Daniel di Perjanjian Lama dalam perspektif karya Pneumatologis. One of them is through strengthening religious moderation. Religious extension workers are at the forefront of realizing a program to strengthen religious moderation in all work units within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, including religious extension workers in North Tapanuli district. The focus of this research is the strategic role of Religious Extension Workers in implementing the strengthening of the religious orientation in the assisted communities, and what efforts have been made by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Tapanuli in preparing and empowering religious extension workers as agents or mobilizers religious moderation. This research was conducted by qualitative method. The education of candidates for the priesthood at the Major Seminary aims to produce priests who are qualified according to the expectations of the Church, namely serving God and others in total self-devotion. For this reason, priests voluntarily embrace celibacy. This choice is not without obstacles, therefore through spiritual formation in the seminary, prospective priests cultivate self-maturity to be able to live their sexual life correctly and healthily. This research aimed to explain the correlation of spiritual formation in seminary on the sexuality appreciation of prospective priests. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative statistical analysis of 30 students at St. Mikhael Major Seminary Kupang. From this study it can be concluded that the longer the formation period, the higher the spiritual intelligence and healthy sexuality appreciation of the prospective priests.Abstrak. Pendidikan calon imam di Seminari Tinggi bertujuan untuk menghasilkan imam-imam yang berkualitas sesuai harapan Gereja, yaitu melayani Tuhan dan sesama dalam pengabdian diri yang total. Untuk itu imam secara sukarela menganut hidup selibat. Pilihan ini bukanlah tanpa tantangan karena itu melalui pembinaan di seminari, calon imam mengolah kematangan diri agar mampu menghayati kehidupan seksualnya secara benar dan sehat. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk dapat menjelaskan pengaruh pembinaan kerohanian di seminari terhadap penghayatan seksualitas calon imam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap 30 mahasiswa di Seminari Tinggi St. Mikhael Kupang. This paper intended to show the praxis of Christian Religious Education (CRE) in the midst of religious diversity in Indonesia. This paper departed from the author's concern that religious diversity in Indonesia that is often to be the cause of conflicts in Indonesia. This study was conducted by making use of the approach of Cynthia M. Campbell's thoughts on religious diversity. The results of this study showed that biblical texts, that used to be the basis for being exclusive, need to be re-read to produce a more inclusive and tolerant meaning in the context of religious diversity in Indonesia. The results of the re-reading can then be implemented as teaching materials for CRE that can foster awareness of the students’ nationalism.Abstrak. Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk memperlihatkan praksis Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di tengah-tengah keberagaman agama di Indonesia. Tulisan ini berangkat dari kegelisahan penulis di mana keberagaman agama di Indonesia sering menjadi penyebab konflik di Indoensia. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan pemikiran Cynthia M. Campbell tentang keberagaman agama. Hasil dari kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa teks-teks Alkitab yang selama ini dijadikan sebagai dasar bersikap eksklusif perlu dibaca ulang untuk menghasilkan makna yang lebih inklusif dan toleran dalam konteks keberagaman agama di Indonesia. This article is an effort in developing the church ecclesiology as an ecological community. The effort was based on the reality of ecological damage that is currently occurring, especially in the Kei Islands-Southeast Maluku. To develop the church ecclesiology as an ecological community, Colossians 1:15-20 was interpreted using cosmic hermeneutics so that there is a fusion of horizons between the theological meaning of the text and the context of ecological damage in Kei islands- Moluccas. Based on the interpretation process, Colossians 1:15-20 showed the Christ-cosmic privilege so that God's concern for the life of all creation on earth is seen. The Christ-cosmic meaning that cares for the life of all creation then makes every believer aware of respecting, preserving, and maintaining the earth.Abstrak. Artikel ini merupakan pengembangan eklesiologi gereja sebagai komunitas ekologis. Upaya tersebut didasarkan pada kenyataan kerusakan ekologis yang sementara terjadi, terkhususnya di Kepulauan Kei-Maluku. Dalam upaya pengembangan eklesiologi gereja sebagai komunitas ekologis, teks Kolose 1:15-20 diinterpretasi menggunakan hermeneutik kosmis sehingga terjadi fusi horison antara makna teologi teks dengan konteks kerusakan ekologis di Kei-Maluku Tenggara. Berdasarkan proses penafsiran, Kolose 1:15-20 memperlihatkan keistimewaan Kristus-kosmis sehingga terlihat kepedulian Allah terhadap kehidupan seluruh ciptaan di bumi. If the church is not responsive and critical of its reality, it is difficult for the church to be present to answer the needs of the people. One interesting reality is the existence of the diaspora. The extent to which the church's mission reaches the diaspora as a missional space is a challenge. This paper aimed to propose a form of diaspora missional fellowship membership in the ministry of the Toraja Church. The method used was a qualitative method with observation survey technique through two congregations in Tana Toraja and North Toraja and interviews with purposive sampling technique to some specifically determined people. Through this research, it was concluded that pilgrimage churches confront the church with a way of doing church based on the spirit of pilgrimage, which crosses the boundaries of geography, territory and church walls.Abstrak. Misi gereja di dunia yang cair membutuh ruang-ruang pelayanan baru. Jika gereja tidak responsif dan kritis terhadap realitasnya, sulit bagi gereja hadir menjawab kebutuhan umat. Salah satu realitas menarik adalah keberadaan diaspora. Sejauh mana misi gereja menjangkau diaspora sebagai ruang missional menjadi sebuah tantangan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan bentuk keanggotaan persekutuan misional diaspora dalam pelayanan Gereja Toraja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik survey observasi melalui dua jemaat di Tana Toraja dan Toraja Utara dan wawancara dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap beberapa orang yang ditentukan secara khusus. This paper also applied a different approach, namely Social Identity Theory (SIT), to offer a different interpretation of the text, especially in understanding the issue of food that has been offered to idols. The results from the SIT reading showed that 1 Corinthians 8 describes Paul's way of resolving the binary conflict caused by the food that had been offered to idols. The conflict is more of an inter-class conflict within the Corinthian congregation.Abstrak. 1 Korintus 8, sebagai salah satu teks Alkitab yang popular, telah dipahami secara berbeda-beda melalui berbagai pendekatan yang berbeda pula. Tulisan ini juga menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda, yaitu Social Identity Theory (SIT), untuk memberikan pemaknaan yang berbeda terhadap teks tersebut terutama dalam memahami isu makanan yang telah dipersembahkan kepada berhala. Hasil dari pembacaan dengan pendekatan SIT menunjukkan bahwa 1 Korintus 8 mendeskripsikan cara Paulus menyelesaikan konflik binary yang disebabkan oleh makanan yang telah dipersembahkan kepada berhala. Teenage years are a phase in which humans experience significant changes in their physical, psychosocial, and spiritual aspects. If these changes are not addressed wisely and if teenagers also experience external pressures, it will certainly have an impact on mental health. Teenagers are vulnerable to mental health disorders, such as stress and depression, and even attempt to harm themselves to suicide. The Church's concern is to conduct a pastoral service that is contextual and relevant to the struggles of teenagers as members of the congregation to help teenagers' mental health by focusing on their psychological development. A literature study approach was used to analyze data on the urgency of teenage mental health as well as teenage mental health from the perspective of teenage developmental psychology. The study found that a youth-friendly pastoral service is a pastoral action that is sensitive to teenagers’ mental health.Abstrak. Masa remaja adalah sebuah fase kehidupan di mana manusia mengalami perubahan-perubahan yang signifikan dalam dirinya terkait fisik, psiko-sosial, dan spiritual. Jika perubahan-perubahan tersebut tidak disikapi dengan bijak, dan jika remaja juga mengalami tekanan-tekanan di luar dari dirinya, maka tentu akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Remaja akan rentan terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental seperti stres, depresi, bahkan upaya menyakiti dirinya sendiri hingga tindakan bunuh diri. Keprihatinan Gereja ialah melakukan suatu pelayanan pastoral yang kontekstual dan relevan bagi pergumulan remaja sebagai anggota jemaat dalam menolong kesehatan mental remaja dengan memperhatikan perkembangan psikologi dari remaja. Pendekatan studi pustaka digunakan untuk menganalisis data mengenai urgensi dari kesehatan mental remaja, dan juga kesehatan mental remaja dari perspektif psikologi perkembangan remaja.
