In this paper, we focus on detecting vehicles that are running through crossroads using the up-to-date spatiotemporal saliency model. The current saliency detection methods aim at detecting the most salient objects, novel but stationary target will be easily classified as foreground, which is a misclassification in moving object detection. We propose a new set of appearance and motion feature and an improved optimization model to solve this problem. During the procedure of saliency map calculation, motion information is treated as a more important role compared to spatial feature. Therefore, moving objects can be segmented easier. The designed antenna consisted of a low profile square-ring planar microstrip antenna, with dimensions of 37×37 mm2. The antenna operates at 1.8 GHz, 3.6 GHz, and 5.5 GHz frequencies for GSM, WiMAX and WLAN characteristics all in one system. The proposed tri-band antenna is constructed by stacking square ring patch antenna utilizing slots, microstrip feed line, and the ground plane. The general configuration procedure is explained and the parametric values are optimized to produce suitable dimensions, which can be operated in different frequency bands. However, the radiating part and overall antenna size are less than the individuals of the tri-band antenna concentrated on. The antenna modelling has been designed using CST MWS environment. The proposed design fabricated using a FR4 substrate with a dielectric permittivity of 4.3. The simulated and measured results were certified using vector network analyzer. In this paper, water wave impact on a floating object is studied by implementing SPH method. An open-source DualSPHysics code which is developed based on SPH theory is used to simulate three-dimensional (3D) free-surface flow with floating object. Graphical processing units (GPUs) parallel computing is applied to accelerate computational time of SPH method. The simulation is aimed to investigate the effect of water wave impact on floating object. The water wave is generated by piston-type wave maker in a flume. The frequency of piston is varied from 0.1 Hz to 0.6 Hz to evaluate vertical displacement of floating object. The simulation of free-surface flow and its interaction with floating object mimics a physically realistic phenomenon. It is obtained that the highest vertical displacement of floating object is achieved when piston frequency is 0.3 Hz. IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) is an example of right solution for the security system. IPS can prevent an attack by using the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) and firewall features. In this paper, bro IPS on the server will be tested with some attack include DOS (Denial of Service), port scanning, and ftp brute force to ensure the IPS works well. These attack will conclude the point of security metric and we can calculate it using CVSS and VEA-bility metric with three different topologies which the value of that metric will determine how secure a system owned by a range of value 0 to 10 based on calculation involving the value of vulnerability dimension, exploitability dimension and attackability dimension. In this experiment we got 3.07 score from non-firewall topology, 5.97 score from separated server topology, and 6.8 score from separated server and firewall topology. PACEC works on a Software Defined Networking (SDN) framework. In PACEC, a congestion control decision is based on global information network conditions. PACEC uses global information network to identify network resources along the path from the source to the destination and provides this information to end systems. This solution allows more efficient network capacity because the decision is based on real-time information about the path network states. Based on the information, PACEC gives the controller to view the available path capacity and make congestion control decisions. In this paper, we describe and discuss the results of the PACEC evaluation using emulator mininet with Ryu controller. The results show that PACEC has the ability to provide necessary information for the traffic source and makes the right congestion control decisions and to avoid full queue problem. By accurate localization of the VCE, proper diagnosis of the lesions are possible. In this letter, we propose path loss degree based weighted centroid localization (WCL) for VCE. The main challenge in path loss based VCE localization is the random deviation in the measured path loss caused by shadowing and multi-path propagation due to non-homogeneous medium. To address the randomness issue, we model the expected path loss using linear least square (LLS) method in the experimental phase. Then, we apply local polynomial least square method to estimate the path loss in the test phase. Finally, we propose path loss degree based WCL to estimate the coordinate position of the capsule. We simulate the proposed algorithm and visualize the results using a 3D simulation platform developed in MATLAB. SHUMOO (Small Hydrography Marine Boundary Boat) is a small boat which is integrated with GPS and Echosounder system for sounding the shallow depth water. The data is obtained from GPS satellite and then it will be transmitted in real time by wi-fi to the ground application. The navigation maneuver of SHUMOO is controlled by remote control from the ground. The sounding results are shown in contour mapping and 3D visualization using ArcGIS and Surfer applications. Losses caused by the flooding is huge both materially and lives. Therefore, a system is needed that can tell when the floods come and what areas are affected to allow proper evacuation and can inform the possibility of flooding several hours before the floods occur. Flood Forecasting using Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing Method and Geographic Information System. This forecasting technique helps to know when a flood occurred with past water debit data and with the help of Geographic Information System shows flood-affected areas corresponding to previous year's flooded inundation data. PID control is used to stabilize the velocity of each wheel so the vehicle can move steadily. Color markers are used as navigation waypoints and to correct any deviation on the vehicle movement. The implemented system is capable to reduce the vehicle's movement deviation when move straight from one marker to another marker. The microgrid consists of solar system as a source of power, energy storage system, critical and non-critical houses (loads) with their own solar and storage as well. For the proposed MAS an individual house can have the ability to sell extra power to the main solar source. The main solar source can generate power and provide to the community when needed. The MAS also controls and monitors an automatic load shedding technique to disconnect non critical loads when there is a deficiency of power supply to the system.
