A review of the literature enabled to generate 10 questions as questionnaire to investigate whether there was any change of opinions and attitudes toward the application of self-assessment in autonomous computer-assisted language learning in Southwest University. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested first, and then the questionnaire was distributed to students three times, before, during and after the application of self-assessment in autonomous computer-assisted language learning, namely, 1st week, 8th week and 16th week. And through the comparison of self-assessments' score and score of final exam, a T-test was made to examine the effectiveness of self-assessment done by students. From the results of the questionnaire survey and T-test, it was beneficial and effective for students to make self-assessment in autonomous computer-assisted language learning. However, years of research experiences found that the signal strength of RFID is not sufficiently stable and sensitive to the indoor environment and furniture, which reduce positioning accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposed an indoor localization and identification system, bases on active RFID and vision tracking technologies. This system has a more flexible RFID triangular layout method and a more efficient sensing overlap analysis mechanism. The log-linear detrending (LLD) method is used to treat the data, then based on phase space reconstruction, it has been proved that the studied time series have the chaotic behavior by drawing phase diagram, calculating the characteristic parameters of time series like correlation dimension and the largest Lyapunov exponent. In order to solve the unstable problem during in-circuit programming of flash memory, three methods are put forward. After studying on the features of the three methods, the implementation of the methods is given. During the debugging, MC9S08AW60 MCU is chose to verify the feasibility of the methods, and the experiment experience is supplied. The matching function is composed of two sub functions. The first sub-function matches the gray difference between template image and object image, and the second sub-function matches the edge intensity difference between them. The template image and object image are arranged into circle structure, which ensure not only the rotation invariance of the algorithm but also detailed information considered. The paper suggests detecting network congestion according to virtual receiving rate and actual receiving rate and packet drop rate and then responding to it. In this design methodology, the fuzzy logic controller works in parallel with neural predictive controller and adjusts the output of the predictive controller in order to enhance system predicted input. The performance of our proposal controller is demonstrated on the motorized robot arm with disturbances. The simulation shows that the new hybrid neural predictive-fuzzy controller provides better system response in terms of transient and steady-state performance when compared to neural predictive or fuzzy logic controller applications.
