Recently, Li et al. proposed a new threshold group signature scheme based on discrete logarithm problem, which is not only threshold-signing but also threshold-verifying. Unfortunately, their scheme are not secure, in their scheme the appointed group signer himself can generate a valid signature, which voilates unforgeability and threshold characteristics. Firstly, first-order Kalman filter model is introduced to update video backgrounds and obtain the targets. HSV color space is used to measure the similarity between the supposed targets and match targets. In this process, a weighting function based on pixel confidence and pixel position is proposed to weigh the pixel values in the rectangle area of tracking. The experimental results show that the algorithm is robust to scale invariant, partial occlusion and interactions of non-rigid objects, especially similar objects. It can solve the problems which traditional methods have to face, such as missing or non-reliable data and the correlation among inputs. By self-defined calibration principle, the system solves the problem of data transmission error and through retransmission mechanism to make up for the problem that occasional real-time communication is not high. Several 1-D windows could be constructed on the direction character of sub-image in the filter window after wavelet transform. Then the adaptive filters could be obtained from the 1-D windows. With the effective weighted combination of filters in different 1-Dwindows, the sub-image local adaptive filters are generated.
