On the basis of analyzing the disturbance signal of the system, LFFC based on B-spline network is designed to ensure that the system has fast tracking performance and implements exactly tracking. H¡Þrobust control as feedback controller can overcome influences of the uncertainties of the parameters perturbation, the load disturbances and so on to achieve the stability and robustness of the system. In this paper, we propose a fast and efficient technique for color image enhancement using fast and adaptive bi-dimensional empirical mode decomposition. This method removes non-uniform light information from the illumination plane of color image efficiently. And then, we apply a brightness correction method to compensate the light information. The experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively enhance the color image. This paper addresses the free-riding problem in P2P networks, and proposes a novel three-grade-punishment mechanism to restrain free-riding conducts in terms of game theory and reputation management to promote the mutual cooperation. The Nash Equilibrium is proved to be available for the rational nodes with this mechanism in a P2P system. This paper utilized facial components to locate dynamic facial textures such as frown lines, nose wrinkle patterns, and nasolabial folds to classify facial expressions. Adaboost using Haar-like feature and Active Shape Model (ASM) are adopted to accurately detect face and acquire important facial feature regions. Gabor filter and Laplacian of Gaussian are used to extract texture information in the acquired feature regions. These texture feature vectors represent the changes of facial texture from one expression to another expression. Support Vector Machine is deployed to classify the six facial expression types including neutral, happiness, surprise, anger, disgust, and fear. In recent years, BP network has been used for pattern recognition. However, in practical application, BP has some disadvantage. The widely used BP algorithm has slow convergent speed and learning efficiency, and it is easy to get into local minimum. Selection of the initial value of the BP network can also affect convergent speed. This paper presents an improving BP network to accelerate convergence with genetic-simulated annealing algorithm. So, we optimized the initial value of the network through adding annealing idea into genetic algorithm(Genetic-stimulated annealing algorithm, GSA) to identify face direction. Using this improving BP neural network for the recognition of face direction, the results presents that our method has the highest precision and reaches relatively good effects compared with traditionally BP neural network.. Multimodal biometric is proved to be a promising authentication technique. The fusion recognition algorithms were studied based on three biometric traits, hand vein, iris and fingerprint. The independent feature extraction and matching modules were designed for each unimodal biometric to output matching scores. The fusion operation was implemented at the matching score level after score normalization. Simple average fusion recognition algorithm was finally employed to realize the personal identity authentication. The experiments were carried out to verify availability of the proposed algorithm.
