The different focus images involve different details according to changing the lens of camera. In this paper, we propose an efficient method formulti focus image fusion by choosing focus regions based on decision map that reflects the clarity of an image. In order to obtain the high pass details of an image, a difference coefficients map between an isotropic diffusion model and Gaussian filter is presented. Sum-Modified-Laplacian (SML)improves the robustness of process by selecting high pass coefficients. This paper takes the flat muddy area of the east beach in Chong ming of Shanghai as the typical research area, and takes Land sat TM image and the relevant data as the primary data source. Based on the observed data, this paper analyzes spectral feature of main vegetation of east beach in Chong ming, and coupling extracts the vegetation in tidal beach by using Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and the vegetation distribution retrieved by vegetation resources remote sensing survey. In addition, features of zonal distribution of the tidal beach, contributes to the support of the assistant extraction of elevation. This article first simply introduced the development of GIS-T and urban road traffic accident rescue, then proposed the construction of \"partitionmanagement, hierarchical processing\" mode for accident rescue system, and specifically described the functional analysis and operation mechanism of the system, evaluated the efficiency of the system by the use of AHP evaluation method. The mean filter is normally used to reduce Gaussian noise, but it is not effective to the impulse noise. While the median filter is good for reducing the impulse noise but is not well-worked for Gaussian noise. Based on the idea of fuzzy logical, this essay proposes a new kind of filter, the fuzzy filter, which could deal with the two types of noise above to some extent. In order to avoid penalties and loss of reputation for violation of the act, all enterprises must pay additional attention to information security. Among the current corporate information systems, human payroll systems contain most personal information of a company. Therefore, this paper investigates domestic laws governing information security and internal information security controls commonly used by enterprises. With assistance of experts and scholars, this paper explores the necessary adjustments of human payroll systems for compliance with the Privacy Protection Act. The human payroll systems of a case company is used as an example to validate whether these adjustments can make it compliant with the Privacy Protection Act and reduce the relative impacts on the company.
