Abstract

Recently ATM plays a more and more important role in the currency circulation but it also becomes the target of criminals. According to GA745-2008 Regulations of security and protection for Bank self-service equipment and self-service Bank standard requirements, video surveillance equipment should be installed in the Self-service Bank but the real-time monitoring system has the characteristics of low efficiency, especially when there are many monitoring points. Through the use of image recognition technology, image-matching processing and other improve algorithm can recognize the illegal modification and alarm automatically.
