Abstract

In order to improve the urban road traffic accident rescue efficiency so that accident wounded mortality and disability can be sharply reduced, we introduced geographic information system for transportation (GIS-T) and the idea of hierarchical control to the accident rescue system construction, proposed a measurable solution for system construction.
