The region model and the simple Gauss model of the skin color are established in the KL color space and the YCbCr color space according to clustering. Skin regions are separated from non-skin regions by the optimal threshold which is obtained by an adaptive algorithm. Then the segmentation result of the region model is used to eliminate the influence of the likely-skin in the Gauss-likelihood image. Afterwards, the binary image is dealt with morphology processing to eliminate the noise. Finally, in order to locate the face, the obtained regions of skin color are screened out with simple detection algorithm based on prior knowledge. The experiment indicates that the proposed algorithm performs well in face detection in complex background, many faces or profile. In this method, first, chromatogram experiments are done on a prescriptions preparation at uniform condition and then, peak separation of each group is separated and analyzed. Some possible traditional Chinese medicines are recognized over the use of fuzzy neural network. Prescriptions Expert System proposes the most possible medicinal herbs needed to be further recognized on the basis of the recognized medicinal herbs set and credibility of the possible medicinal herbs outputted by fuzzy neural network. Chromatogram experiments on the basis of specificity of are done on the most possible medicinal herbs in order to verify whether the possible medicinal herbs are the expected ones according to specificity index, the proportion of the medicinal herbs in this prescription can be calculated simultaneously. By circulating above-mentioned method, all the assembled medicinal herbs and their proportions in compounded medicinal herbs can be recognized and consequently prescriptions are recognized. The efficiency and accuracy of this method is verified by actual compound preparation testing. A resolver's analog outputs have been modulated by angular position and an R/D converter is always adopted to recover the angular position in digital form. With the rapid growth of micro-processor technology, more and more attention has been focused on software based R/D conversion methods because of their merits, such as saving in cost, weight and size. In practical applications, noise is often unavoidable and might cause severely negative effect on results of software based R/D conversion schemes. To tackle the problem, a new R/D conversion method designed in frequency domain is presented in the paper. Firstly, a new complex signal is constructed by taking the cosine output as the real part and the sine output as the imaginary part. After transforming the complex signal into frequency domain, only the components at the carrier frequency are utilized to calculate the angular position. Thus, the negative effect of noise, whose energy is located out of the band of the carrier frequency, can be removed. The modeling process implements the adaption, integration and extensions of spatial and temporal UML-based semantics based on the plug-in for visual languages (PVLs) for accommodating the descriptions of dynamic transportation system. The study presented in this paper implements the representations and maintains of the multiple properties, relationships and behavioral changes of transportation data. This promotes the cognition of the complex process of transportation objects, activities and phenomena, particularly the visual modeling and representations of spatio temporal transportation data in the context of a dynamic transportation system.
