This article uses the literature review method by analyzing the verses of the Koran related to multicultural education. The introduction describes the notion of multicultural education and its importance in the context of contemporary challenges. The method used is an analysis approach to verses of the Koran that are relevant to multicultural education. The results of the analysis show that the Al-Quran clearly emphasizes the importance of knowing, understanding, and respecting the diversity of cultures, ethnicities, and religions. Verses related to multicultural education emphasize the values of inclusion, tolerance, respect for differences, and human brotherhood. Discussion and analysis link the concept of multicultural education in the Koran with contemporary challenges such as globalization, multiculturalism, prejudice, discrimination, identity, and cultural amalgamation. This article also discusses the application of multicultural educational practices that involve an inclusive curriculum, diverse teaching methods, development of multicultural attitudes, training of educators, parental and community participation, and respect for language and cultural identity. In conclusion, this article emphasizes that multicultural education in the perspective of the Koran has significant relevance in dealing with contemporary challenges. This concept can be applied through a variety of practices, including an inclusive curriculum, diverse teaching methods, development of multicultural attitudes, training of educators, parental and community participation, and respect for language and cultural identity. In the context of multicultural education, the Koran provides solid guidelines for building a society that is inclusive, tolerant and respects diversity. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru kelas I dan IV. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui Triangulasi Teknik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa guru menghadapi beberapa masalah selama ujicoba penerapan kurikulum merdeka, seperti kesulitan dalam menganalisis capaian pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, menyusun alat tes penilaian (ATP), dan menyusun Modul Ajar. Mereka juga kesulitan dalam menentukan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal, mendapatkan buku siswa yang memadai, menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran yang efektif, mengatasi luasnya materi ajar, menentukan proyek kelas I dan IV, mengalokasikan waktu pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta menentukan bentuk asesmen pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah mengadakan pertemuan rutin dengan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), dan pelatihan khusus yang dipimpin oleh kepala sekolah. One of the pillars in marriage is the dowry. Dowry is a husband's gift to the wife. Uniquely in Indonesia, dowry in certain customs, the amount is determined. one of them is banjar custom in Senyerang Village. In determining the dowry they have a tradition known to be honest. In this study, it is categorized as field research, and is ethnographic research. This research not only describes certain characteristics, but also analyzes why and how these things happen. The data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results showed that the dowry and honesty in the Banjar community in Senyerang Village were different, the amount or amount of honesty was influenced by several factors, Among them: the level of education, the parents of women and the level of beauty. But everything remains within the agreement of both parties. The review of Islamic law analyzes the honest law that exists in the society, which is contained in the honesty, namely help and the law is okay as long as it does not bring mudharatan according to Islamic teachings.

Surrogate mother is a matter of debate for clerics because nasab mixed between a married couple and a surrogate mother that will sever the child’s nasab with the father. In addition, nasab’s decision resulted in a loss of the obligation of the father to provide his child’s rights as well as the living rights. The study was researched with two formula problems: 1) what was the status of the child of surrogate mother according to clerics of mazhab?, 2) how does the law of child’s living rights of surrogate mother according to cleircs of mazhab?. The study uses library research study methods through data sources of books, journals, and literature.  Research Method: Qualitative approach, comparative type. The presence of researchers as pure observers and participant observers. Data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, in-depth observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques: reduction, display and conclusion. Checking data validity: Credibility, dependability and confirmability.
 The conclusions are as follows: 1). Implementation of zakat fitrah without involving amil zakat as follows, a. The community distributes their zakat directly to orphans and orphanages. b. The community distributes its zakat to widowed mothers. c. The community distributes its zakat to elderly parents who have no relatives. 2) The law of zakat fitrah without involving amil zakat is as follows: Permissible or SAH. Zakat is paid directly and without going through the Amil Zakat Committee, if the recipient of the zakat is included in the category 8 of the Mustahiq zakat group. However, it is more Afdhol if zakat is channeled through a legitimate zakat committee. B. Not Allowed or NOT LEGAL.  The objectives in this ilmianh paper are: 1) To find out how to develop learning media for ablution procedures based on visual videos in grade II students of SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. 2) To find out how the validity of learning media ablution procedures based on visual videos in grade II students of SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. 3) To find out how effective the learning media for ablution procedures is based on visual videos in grade II students of SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. Research methods: Research & Development (R&D). To develop products using a 4-D development model consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. In the study, only three stages were carried out, namely to the development stage because of limited time and cost. The test subjects were 10 grade II students. Data collection techniques are used validation sheets, interviews, field note sheets. Analysis of the data used to test its validity using Aiken's formula. Based on the results of the analysis, the validity of learning media of 0.78 is included in the valid category. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the audio virtual learning media developed already met the criteria for valid and effective learning tools.

The deceased in the tradition of changing kemul there are several rituals that are carried out, namely in the form of offerings and sanding, and there are several other requirements. Therefore, the researcher will describe how the tradition of changing kemul is practiced in Kebondalem village? And how is ‘urfs review of the tradition of changing kemul? In order to provide additional insight regarding the legal basis as a reason for the survival of a tradition, which is not only due to following what is already in effect in society. In this study, the researcher used a gualitative descrptive research type which had primary and secondary data sources, with the existence of techniques in extracting data by way of direct and indirect interviews, as well as documentation. The results of this study revealed to the researcher that, regarding the practice of the chang kemul tradition in Kebondalem village, it belongs to the urf al-Am group in terms of urf al-Khas, in terms of its validity it belongs to the type of urf which is Sahih. This type of research is a class action. Data collection by observation and tests. Data analysis with descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the use of an index card match-based active learning model was able to increase the maharah al-qiraah grade VII students of MTs Maarif Al-Ishlah Bungkal in the even semester of 2021/2022. The application of the index card match active learning model in the first cycle of maharah al-qiraah results for class VII students of MTs Maarif Al-Ishlah obtained an average score of 69.4. The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of Islamic economic law students class 2018 about cosmetics that are not labeled halal in relation to consumer behavior. The nature of this research is field research. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and uses data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. In an interview with a 2018 Islamic Economic Law student, the data was processed using a qualitative analysis method using the inductive reasoning method. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object or population in this study were 15 students of class VI MI PSM Walikukun. In this study, the primary data selected by the authors were interviews with Arabic teachers for grade VI MI PSM Walikukun and observations of the learning process. Secondary data sources in this study were lesson plans, grade transcripts and observations of the Arabic language learning process of class VI MI PSM Walikukun. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Ṭarīqah Intiqāiyah in learning Arabic for class VI MI PSM Walikukun can be considered to be going well, because it is adapted to the abilities and needs of students and the capacity of the Arabic language teacher.
