Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis faktor pendorong yang melatarbelakangi minat penggunaan e-money di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada 97 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bukti bahwa minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh persepsi terkait manfaat, keamanan, dan kemudahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, menggunakan data primer dari 79 karyawan dimana data didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) di Bojonegoro. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, pada karyawan Indomaret wilayah Bojonegoro dan posisi bukan sebagai kepala toko. Penelitian menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3.0 untuk mempermudah teknik analisa data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Bullying at work can result in anxiety disorders. One of the long-term implications of workplace bullying is the beginnings of hostility among workers/employees, which can disrupt a person's emotional balance and have an impact on mental and physical health, causing emotional exhaustion. According to the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, intimidation can lead to increased levels of emotional exhaustion and affect employee performance at work, disrupting the organization's overall performance. As a result, the importance of raising awareness about the negative effects of workplace bullying on organizational health is emphasized in this study. The impact of mitigation efforts can begin immediately to avoid damaging it by instilling anxiety and emotional exhaustion in employees, which have a negative impact on organizational performance. Employees from the food industry in Semarang were used as samples, and they were processed using SmartPLS. According to the findings, workplace bullying has a significant positive effect on the occurrence of anxiety and emotional exhaustion in employees. Problems regarding employees who feel attached to the company are often experienced in companies such as e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung. The lack of employee attachment to the company makes it difficult for the company or organization to work well and maintain the best human resources that the company has. \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and trust on employee engagement in e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung. The method used to collect data in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tools in this research are multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The study's results indicate that compensation (X1) and trust have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (Y). The effect of trust on employee engagement is greater than the effect of compensation on employee engagement. Managers of e-commerce companies in Bandarlampung City can provide employees with excellent and appropriate compensation and trust. Employees must continue to increase the courage to act, be creative, identify and take advantage of opportunities, and innovate the company's progress. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Suatu perusahaan akan maju dan mencapai suatu tahap keberhasilan jika mampu memiliki sumber daya manusia yang percaya dan merasa terikat dengan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam setiap perusahaan, karyawan memiliki hak dalam menerima apa yang menjadi kebutuhannya seperti kompensasi dan kepercayaan, dan ini harus diberikan oleh perusahaan mengingat karyawan akan bekerja dengan baik dan merasa terikat dengan perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja sehingga memberikan seluruh kemampuan yang mereka miliki. Respondents in this study were students from all over Indonesia who met the predetermined criteria. After the data is collected, then do the test for quality using validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing uses structural equation modeling with the help of the smartpls program. The results show that consumer innovativeness has a direct effect on purchase intention. Increasing consumer innovativeness can directly increase purchase intention. Furthermore, the environmental attitude variable is proven to mediate the impact of consumer innovativeness on purchase intention. Earning per share has an effect on stock prices. Debt equity to ratio has an effect on stock prices. Price book value has an effect on stock prices. We apply the CAMEL method to assess the Bank's performance via CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non-Performing Loan), NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return on Assets), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) in both situations. The sample uses 42 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 – 2020. The results show that the CAR, NPL, and NPM values during the pandemic have increased compared to before the pandemic. However, the ROA and LDR values decreased during the pandemic compared to before the pandemic. The other findings exhibit no significant differences in CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, and LDR on bank performance before and during the pandemic. In conclusion, banks should be aware of changes during the pandemic and will change various financial transactions. Sampling using probability sampling with the number of respondents, as many as 110 customers from a non-bank financial company. The results showed that financial literacy influences investment decisions on low-risk assets. The effect of financial literacy on low-risk asset investment decisions was tested in two demographic sample groups. The results showed that the influence of financial literacy on low-risk asset investment decisions was stronger in the individual female group, the low-income individual group, and the married individual group. Stronger financial literacy of low-risk asset investment decisions failed to be found in groups of poorly educated individuals and elderly individuals. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap investasi aset berisiko rendah dengan membandingkan individu ke dalam beberapa aspek demografi yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendapatan, status perkawinan, dan tingkat pendidikan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang nasabah tabungan emas dari sebuah perusahaan keuangan non bank. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi aset berisiko rendah. Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi aset berisiko rendah diuji pada dua kelompok sampel demografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi aset berisiko rendah lebih kuat pada kelompok individu berjenis kelamin perempuan, kelompok individu berpendapatan rendah, dan kelompok individu yang sudah menikah. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is measured by the disclosure of information submitted by publicly traded companies to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The prediction of company bankruptcy was proxied by the Springate model. The financial condition before the Covid-19 pandemic was proxied by the current and debt-to-equity ratios. The population in this study is retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020, as many as 27 companies. A total 0f 24 samples were obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique we used was linear regression with a moderation model. The result found that the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative and significant impact on the bankruptcy prediction. \u0000Meanwhile, the financial condition before the Covid-19 pandemic has a moderating effect. Suggestion for the company is to maintain the level of liquidity and solvency during the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this study, companies that have entered into a bankruptcy prediction must make changes immediately by efficiently using finance, restructuring, product and service differentiation, and developing an e-commerce to recover sales and revenues. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan kondisi keuangan sebelum pandemi Covid-19 sebagai variabel moderasi untuk menguji pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan. Dampak pandemi diukur dengan melihat keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan oleh perusahaan go publik kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Prediksi kebangkrutan diproksikan oleh model Springate. Kondisi keuangan sebelum pandemi Covid-19 diproksikan oleh current ratio dan debt to equity ratio. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020 sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 perusahaan ritel yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear dengan model moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan. \u0000Sementara itu, kondisi keuangan sebelum pandemi Covid-19 mampu menjadi variabel moderasi. Saran untuk perusahaan adalah tetap menjaga tingkat likuiditas dan solvabilitas dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 yang berkepanjangan. The sample used in this study is one of the public service agency under the ministry of health in the field of education (Polythecnic of Health Kemenkes Malang). The type of data used is primary and secondary data, and the data analysis used is descriptive. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu badan pelayanan publik di bawah kementerian kesehatan bidang pendidikan (Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif.
