Formulation of the problem in this research attempted to know about what organizational commitment that can mediate the effect of organizational culture on OCB. The path analysis was used to examine 80 respondents. The sample collection was retrieved by asking employees from each main branch banks to spread out the questionnaires. Researcher deployed 103 questionnaires yet only 86 questionnaires was returned and 80 questionnaires could be examined. These variables had been previously verified in BNI life Regional Makassar. This research concerns on the problems of the high rate of employee turnover in BNI life regional Makassar. Every year, many employees decide to resign from the bank. Besides, this research was based on the research gap, the different results of research by Giri, Nimran, Hamid, Musadieq (2016), and Meijen (2007). A study by Giri, Nimran, Hamid, Musadieq (2016) showed that there are the significant impacts of organizational culture on organizational commitment. In contrast, the result of research by Meijen (2007) revealed that there was no impact on the variables. The result of this research found that there is an indirect impact between organizational cultures on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment as the mediating variable. The results showed that risk perceptions have a negatif and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer trust. Perception of risk has a negatif and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perception of Privacy has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. The sample is 75 respondents, with the consideration that this number can represent the research sample. This research method is quantitative with multiple regression analysis, the data entered is processed with SPSS version 20. This research was followed by 60 employees of Education Staff of Merdeka University Malang. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach was applied in this research. This study explores the phenomenon of organizations that are increasingly responsive to employee needs. This phenomenon happen so that the company does not lose its best people. Yet the issue of stealing employees is still frequently heard. Organizations are competing to retain employees by paying attention to the quality of work life of their employees and providing encouragement in the form of motivation to retain employees. Based on the simultaneous test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the quality of work life and work motivation on employee engagement. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, citra perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. People demand quick and instant service provision, including health service. Applications based on mHealth technology are made to serve that demand. This research aims to examine the effects of intervening variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust in application, and satisfaction on consumers’ continuance intention to use mHealth technology. This research employs a quantitative method to assess primary data samples taken from the users of Halodoc health service application in Java. The results of this research show that the trust and perceived usefulness variables do not significantly affect consumers’ continuance usage intention. Only the perceived ease of use and satisfaction variables yield a significant impact on consumers’ continuance usage intention. Hopefully, these results can be a valuable insight for PT Media Dokter Investama to enhance their service to attract more mHealth technology users to use Halodoc. The sample used in this study was 154 respondents, namely employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. The quantitative analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the t test (partial) to determine partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the research on the hypothesis under study as a whole are accepted. This means that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence are significant variables in shaping the performance of the employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Suggested efforts in order to improve the intellectual intelligence of employees at PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung, the company holds training for employees to improve intellectual intelligence. Then another suggestion that can be made by the company is that the company should make changes to the organizational structure. \u0000 Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Performance. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung yang cenderung menurun. Sampel penelitian sebesar 154 karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji t (parsial) untuk mengetahui pengaru variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara keseluruhan hipotesis diterima. Kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual merupakan variabel yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Saran penelitian ini adalah perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan bagi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual. For the tourism industry, there are direct consequences for the national and local restrictions that have a direct impact on people's lives to minimize the spread of the virus. There are human mobility and the possibility of direct physical contact between individuals. Several things that are considered by tourists in making travel decisions, including the risk perception and their travelling’s safety to a destination. There are several risk perceptions, namely the financial risk perception, time risk, social-psychological risk and health risk. Hypothesis using SEM AMOS to majority 16-25 years old respondents, found no direct influence between perceived risk and intention to travel. The results showed that an increase in risk perception did not affect a decrease in travel intention. Metode penelitian mengunakan teknik analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee retention , talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee retention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee retention . Employee retention belum mampu memediasi pengaruh talent management dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan.
