A large number of virtual stores where customers can shop without leaving their home or workplace have been opened. Marketing research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of e-commerce attributes on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Republic of Serbia. Seven hypotheses have been tested in this paper. Observing the importance of all constructs, it has been found that the attributes of e-commerce are extremely important and that almost all of them affect satisfaction. The impact of website security on customer satisfaction has proven to be less relevant, and the quality of information does not directly affect customer loyalty. This research has shown that the development of e-commerce in the Republic of Serbia is growing, and that customers are increasingly preferring this type of shopping. The golden thread in this paper is its ability to collectively measure the factors that affect the satisfaction and loyalty of online consumers. Indicators of unsustainable development were analyzed, in particular: problems of global poverty, problems of ecology, climate change, energy, disease and lack of education. Changes in the direction of a new trajectory of development are necessary, i.e. action directed towards a new development paradigm. This requires a greater role of science, especially economic science. The new concept of the economy implies new patterns of behavior in terms of ecological business and green economy. A new paradigm of development, a new strategy for the development of the economy and society is necessary because the current concept of growth and development has led to a series of negative effects on the natural environment, society and people. There are many forms of manifestation of unsustainable development: the problem of global poverty and hunger, problems of ecology, climate change and energy. The basic message is that humanity faces great challenges and that it is necessary to move from unsustainable development to sustainable development of the economy and society, where corporate social responsibility plays a key role. Sustainable development is a way of thinking, i.e. observation of the world, which we must change for the sake of the present and the future. Gardašević","doi":"10.5937/etp2202014c","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/etp2202014c","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this paper is to identify key human resource management activities in domestic agricultural enterprises and their scope, as well as accompanying problems. The research used a quantitative method, ie. a written structured survey was conducted via the Internet. The survey included 64 companies, and 29 or 43% responded. The results of the research show that domestic agricultural companies mainly carry out human resource management activities. In 17% of companies, a professional manager is hired, while in most directors they are superior to employees. Furthermore, the research found that most attention is paid to rewarding, motivating, training employees and managing safety at work, while job evaluation, socialization, cooperation with educational institutions and measuring employee satisfaction are of secondary importance. Personnel problems such as low motivation, work discipline, disturbed interpersonal relations, employee turnover, engagement of seasonal workers and lack of interest in training were expressed. An effective personnel policy can prevent staffing problems and improve productivity. Tourism as a service sector of the economy suffered the most significant consequences at the beginning of the pandemic. According to data from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), the tourism sector's contribution to the global economy could reach 8.6 trillion dollars this year, which is only 6.4% less than before the pandemic. Therefore, today's tourist management must be creative, determined and dedicated much more than before. The subject of this research is the accommodation capacities of military tourist institutions and their utilisation in tourism development in the Republic of Serbia. The work aims to examine the utilisation of accommodation capacities of all military tourist institutions, especially during the pandemic, to increase the tourism potential of the Republic of Serbia and, ultimately, the overall development of our country. The research results indicate that a significant number of unused military tourist accommodation capacities could participate in developing Serbia's tourism, but with prior investment in increasing their quality.
