Such EMC avionic tests description at electronics modules levels are not defined today. The two-step approach combines a quasi-static electromagnetic (EM) field analysis and an electric circuit analysis, and is applied to the EMI analysis at frequencies below 1 MHz for our developed wearable ECG to demonstrate its usefulness. The quasi-static EM field analysis gives the common mode voltage coupled from the incident EM field at the ECG sensing electrodes, and the electric circuit analysis quantifies a differential mode voltage at the differential amplifier output of the ECG detection circuit. The differential mode voltage has been shown to come from a conversion from the common mode voltage due to an unbalance between the contact impedances of the two sensing electrodes. It may achieve nearly 0.6 V at the differential amplifier output under 10-V/m plane-wave incident electric field, and completely mask the ECG signal. In particular, the phenomena are interpreted by the ray decompositions of Floquet waves and result in the solutions, analogous to the ordinary UTD-type formulations for the phased array antennas with a proper parameter mapping. A uniform geometrical theory of diffraction (UTD) solution is obtained which expresses, in a collective fashion, the fields emanating from each row of the antenna array elements, which propagate along three basic rays, namely one from each of the two ends of each row, and one from within the interior point on each row. Such a row by row field summation based description greatly simplifies the solution in contrast to conventional array element by element field summation method. Furthermore, this collective UTD ray field description provides a simple physical picture for array radiation mechanisms, which is generally absent in other methods of solution. This studied case examples and showed the benefits of exploring stationary fuel cell systems. Not only a payback model was created for each country's fuel cell system, but also a short analysis on each country's payback discussed what problems arose and whether the fuel cell could be marketable. The bended differential transmission line using the L-shaped pad can reduce the differential-to-common mode conversion from -6.58 dB to -10.10 dB and the TDR differential-mode noise from 0.087 V to 0.023 V as compared with the bended differential transmission line using the parallel-plate capacitor. Previously, we have evaluated the specific absorption rate (SAR) for pregnant females and their fetuses when the wireless radio terminals were only placed in front of the abdomen of the pregnant females. Therefore, in this study, we estimated the SAR for pregnant females and their fetuses at 13th, 18th, and 26th gestational weeks when the wireless radio terminals were placed various positions around the abdomen in consideration of the mobile phone in the pocket or bag. As the results, we found fetal SARs from the terminal in front of the abdomen are approximately a thousand times higher than those around the back at a maximum.
