Curriculum change complies with the change in society. However, oftentimes in Indonesia, the development of curriculum does not take the presence of social and economic structure of society into consideration. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the curriculum 2006 and 2013 using a human development approach. This approach shapes students with three main competencies; thinking skills, technical creativity, and critical attitude toward socio-economic structure affecting their lives. A literature study is applied in this research. The result of this research suggests considering the socio-economic situation of society to develop the curriculum. The social economic gap among regions in Indonesia could be mitigated with the development of a particular service curriculum as a transition before applying the national curriculum. Kurikulum bukan sekedar menyangkut substansi atau instruksional pembelajaran, tetapi juga memiliki relasi sosial dengan dimensi eksternal. Perubahan kurikulum mengikuti perubahan masyarakatnya. Namun demikian, pengembangan kurikulum yang selama ini berlangsung di Indonesia sering absen dalam mempertimbangkan struktur sosial ekonomi masyarakatnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan kajian atau evaluasi Kurikulum 2006 dan 2013 dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembangunan manusia. Pendekatan ini melihat peserta didik yang hendak dibentuk melalui pendidikan adalah manusia dengan tiga modalitas utama yakni, kecakapan berpikir, kreativitas teknis, dan sikap kritis terhadap struktur sosial-ekonomi yang mempengaruhi hidupnya. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian adalah mempertimbangkan kondisi struktur sosial ekonomi masyarakat dalam pengembangan kurikulum. The show was consumed by many people, including junior high school students. The problem that arises is that many junior high school students are watching. The purpose of this study is to describe the shows of violence on television and bullying behavior among students in schools, and analyze the relationship of television violence to students' bullying behavior in schools. The research subjects were students of Majalengka 6 Middle School. Based on the hypothesis and the type of data used, testing will use a nonparametric statistical test. The reason for using this statistical test is because the data taken is in the form of nominal and ordinal data. The analysis uses the Spearman rank correlation test. The results of the study show that the description of violent shows on television, bullying behavior is included in the low category. Students will participate as agents of change in society that have knowledge, insights, attitudes, and understandings that are upholding sustainability. However, social studies learning is considered to not be able to maximize its role in preparing students to have competencies to support sustainability. It has not been able to maximize the role of students in society, and social studies re hereditary and still considered an elusive and boring lesson. For this reason, social studies need more Authentic Learning, which simulates a real-world environment by making it a source and a medium of learning, so that the context and allowance are used with similar situations, meaningful and connected to the real world by applying transdisciplinary learning. This paper contains a literature review on the application of learning in social studies learning to prepare students to live in harmony with the sustainable living. Hal ini didukung dengan data nilai ulangan siswa yang lebih dari 50 % siswa belum tuntas dalam belajarnya . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mengajar dengan menerapkan gerakan brain gym dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS konsep pajak . Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan data melalui pre - test dan post - test dan observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas . Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan brain gym dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pajak , ditandai dengan peningkatan hasil pre - test pada Tindakan I rata - rata 0 , 57 , meningkat pada Tindakan II menjadi 4 , 03 , sedangkan pada Tindakan III meningkat lagi menjadi 6 , 30 . This research was designed to develop space-based geography learning media with various data formats (multimedia) and interface design easy to operate. This study uses a quasi-experimental design to examine whether there is an influence of the use of GIS in geography learning. The subjects of the study were social class elevnth graders at SMAN 15 Kota Bandung, Indonesia which is the experimental site as well. On class (social class 2) was selected to an experimental group and the other class (social class 4) served as a control group. The instrument used is a multiple choice test. The analytical technique used is Kolalogov-Smirnov. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of GIS-based geography learning media can be developed as a geography learning media by designing an easy and simple application interface to be used by teachers and students as well as databases that are in accordance with the curriculum. GIS-based learning media developed showed significant influence on learning achievement of learners. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan desain expost facto. Subjek penelitian adalah 60 mahasiswa PGSD UKSW angkatan 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan tes. Anaisis data dilakukan dengan teknik uji regresi linier yang mencakup uji t dan pengukuran koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Nilai t hitung 2,904 > nilai t tabel 1,999, maknanya terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar teradap hasil belajar Konsep Dasar IPS Mahasiswa; 2) Nilai R Square sebesar 0,127, dengan arti bahwa pengaruh variabel kedisiplinan belajar terhadap variabel hasil belajar Konsep Dasar IPS Mahasiswa adalah 12,7%. Simpulannya melalui uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kedisiplinan tergadap hasi belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Konsep Dasar IPS dengan pengaruh sebesar 12,7% yang ditunjukkan melaui hasil pengukuran koefisien determinasi. Kecamatan Tiga Binanga adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Karo Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Masyarakat di daerah tersebut merupakan petani jagung. Luas wilayahnya adalah 160,38 km² dengan jumlah penduduk sebesar 19.476 jiwa. Kecamatan Tiga Binanga terdiri dari 20 desa, dan penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Simolap dan desa Tigabinanga. Jagung dapat berfungsi sebagai bahan makanan dan juga bahan produksi. Tongkol jagung atau bonggol akan menjadi limbah yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan jika tidak ada penanganan secara baik. Untuk itu limbah jagung harus dimanfaatkan sehingga bernilai guna. Masyarakat desa di kecamatan Tiga Binanga dalam tradisinya telah sejak lama menggunakan bonggol jagung sebagai bahan bakar memasak yang dicampur dengan kayu bakar dan tetap digunakan hingga saat ini. Studi transformasi selama ini membahas transformasi dalam kaitannya dengan kontinuitas, dalam tulisan ini akan diperlihatkan kaitan transformasi dan kontinuitas dengan tradisi dan inovasi.
