The problems that arise include facilities and infrastructures that still lack support of the inclusive education process, funding sources for the course of inclusive education programs and human Resources Special escort teachers (GPK) that are still lacking and need additions. In research is an analytical descriptive study by using data collection techniques such as observation of the research object in a manner of frankly and later subsequent interview techniques on informant relevant to this study and documentation studies. For the data analysis techniques in this research is conducted through three activities that occur simultaneously namely data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. As for the analysis of data on this research use triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research in SD Negeri 4 Mount Lipung consistently and sustainably enough to run an inclusive education program. But there are still some issues that arise such as communication that lacks details between the education office as a policy maker and the school as an impelentor or policy executor. Still need special attention from the Government related to human resources special Companion teachers (GPK), facilities and infrastructure resources that support inclusive education programs and also special funding sources for inclusive education programs. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of children's productive activities in the sand mine on dropout rates at the junior high school level in Keduwang Village, Blitar Regency. Respondents of the research data amounted to 38 children who carried out productive activities of sand mining. This study used cross-sectional survey research method with a quantitative approach that were supplemented with qualitative data. The collection technique used questionnaire, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis techniques with the odds ratio method. The results indicate that the impact of children's productive activities in sand mining on dropout rates at junior high school level with decrease of children’s interest attending school. The results of odd ratio analysis indicate that the riskiest factor causing children to choose school dropout is productive activities in sand mining do not require special skills. The factor of not requiring special skills is proven to be six times the risk of causing children school dropout. The results provide description of how easy economic access and does not require skills has an impact on children's perceptions of going to school or working. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through learning in the classroom, the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through extracurricular activities and the obstacles found in the implementation of the value of caring for the environment in elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants are determined using Purposive Sampling. the research results obtained findings that (1) Internalization of the value of environmental care in learning planning in the form of compiling teaching devices such as syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning media, the device has been analyzed in advance about the value content contained in the material to be taught (2 ) Implementation of the value of environmental care is integrated through learning in the classroom and through routine school activities, spontaneous activities and through exemplary behavior (3) Obstacles found in the implementation of the value of environmental care consist of internal factors such as, bad habits of students do not care about personal hygiene, lack of knowledge students to choose the scattered garbage. In all countries of the world, agriculture is the most protected sector of the economy. Food security is important. If a country imports most of its food products from other countries to fulfill its need because the price is lower than domestic prices, then the country will become dependent in its food supply on other countries for the future. This will be dangerous. So that 21st century skills are needed towards economic intelligence in Indonesia who can be relied on in terms of national economic resilience. These skills include : Ecological: the business environtment , Psycho-sociological: internal actors of organisation , Reticulated: external human networks claimed and moblized around the project , Teleological: final purpose of the approach through strategy development , Technological: includes all the methods, tools and techniques used for the entire process of decision support through surveillance process, information protection, or benchmarking. In the field of counseling, information technology offers some of the latest innovations to reach out, facilitate and communicate with individuals who need help from all over the world. This qualitative research collected data through literature study by analyzing 5 research results from various academics in various countries and conducting interviews with 10 youth aged 19-23 years, and 3 counselors. The results of this qualitative study indicate that online counseling makes it easy for youth in expressing the problem in their life. In addition, online counseling has great potential in offering therapy and can be done anywhere. Therefore, clients can minimize transportation costs for face-to-face counseling. Although the results of the analysis of previous studies indicate that online counseling has a weakness that is lack of knowledge and special abilities possessed by counselors in communicating through chat and lack of skills in writing texts to avoid misunderstandings with online counseling users. In the other side, previous research shows solutions related to the use of online counseling. Muhdi","doi":"10.23917/JPIS.V29I2.9354","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23917/JPIS.V29I2.9354","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study is to (1) To find out the importance of work motivation on vocational teacher job satisfaction in the supervision of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (2) to find out the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of private Vocational Teachers in the supervisory area of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of private vocational school teachers in the supervisory region of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study.
