Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study. 摘要

本研究的目的是:(1)找出工作动机对宝马垄县东部督导区职业教师工作满意度的重要性;(2)找出薪酬对宝马垄县东部督导区私立职业教师工作满意度的影响。(3)确定工作动机和薪酬对槟榔屿东部监管区域私立职业学校教师工作满意度的影响。数据收集方法采用问卷调查法。使用的数据分析是描述性分析、检验要求和假设检验,其中包括简单线性回归分析和多元回归分析。影响教师工作满意度的因素包括工作动机和薪酬,占54.4%,其余45.6%受研究外变量的影响。宝马垄县东部私立职业监管区教师的工作动机和薪酬属于高水平,而宝马垄县东部私立职业监管区教师的工作满意度属于高水平。
