La conséquence principale de ce processus est une conjonction irréfléchie qui fusionne philosophie et biologie, donnant naissance à ce que l’auteur appelle la “philosophie biologique”. Mais ce n'est pas tout. {"title":"A soberania será algum dia descontruída?","authors":"Catherine Malabou","doi":"10.20873/rpv9n1-00","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20873/rpv9n1-00","url":null,"abstract":"Em uma entrevista de 1977, Michel Foucault argumenta que é necessário criar uma filosofia política desvinculada do conceito de soberania, já que “cortar a cabeça do rei” é impossível na teoria política. Democracias ocidentais ainda estão conectadas a esse modelo político e jurídico. Não há soberania sem um soberano. Surge, assim, a necessidade de desconstruir a soberania na filosofia contemporânea. Catherine Malabou afirma que filósofos como Foucault, Derrida e Agamben fracassaram nesse objetivo, pois ao tentar definir o que resiste à soberania, acabam permitindo sua continuidade. Malabou volta-se justamente na biopolítica, conceito introduzido por Foucault e reformulado por Agamben e Derrida, caracterizado como um poder centrado no controle da vida. Para desconstruir a biopolítica, é necessário um ponto de intersecção entre biologia e história, no qual se encontrem o sujeito político e ser vivo. No entanto, para Foucault, Agamben e Derrida, a biologia está sempre ligada à soberania, apresentada como ciência que transgride seus limites para controlar a vida. O argumento de Malabou aponta para o fato de que qualquer resistência biológica ao biopoder é impossível, pois a determinação biológica da vida deve ser transgredida. Ela propõe a existência de dois conceitos de vida: a vida biológica e a vida simbólica, com a última revelando o potencial de resistência. Para a autora, novas categorias biológicas, como a epigenética, podem ajudar a encontrar um novo materialismo. A epigenética, segundo ela, resiste à redução política da biologia a mero veículo de poder, revelando a intrincada relação entre o biológico e o simbólico, sem transgressão do biológico. La crítica de la forma que lleva a cabo desde sus primeros escritos, permite valorarla más allá de la presencia, pero sin apelar a una trascendencia que se plantee por fuera del movimiento de la formación. En esa discusión sobre la forma, Malabou descubre una novedosa idea de materialismo, que hace posible considerar de otro modo la estructura auto-afectiva que subyace al movimiento especulativo y a la naturaleza de la subjetividad. Firstly, I divide the text into four scenes to demonstrate its logical ordering and rigorous nature of its argument: (1) accepting assumptions of Plato’s text; (2) assuming hierarchy following the argument; (3) reversing hierarchy with contradictions and contaminations; (4) dissolving the opposition with a transversal concept (pharmakon). Afterward, I mention the theoretical proposal of Bernard Stiegler, presenting his reception of “Plato’s Pharmacy” and pointing problems of such reception since – after integrating technique/writing into philosophy – gradually, as the work progresses, Stiegler leans towards a Eurocentric Nous. Recognizing the latter as a vital resource for the development and success of these enterprises. The methodology employed involves an updated review of scientific jour-nals presenting various theories related to organizational development in the last 10 years. The content and structure of this study highlight the contributions of var-ious authors who have conducted previous research on the topic. The re-search aims to consolidate and synthesize different perspectives and find-ings present in existing literature, thus providing a comprehensive view of the current situation. The subject of study are the victims of such violations and their next of kin, who are entitled to adequate, effective and proportional economic reparation.The temporal context of the research covers the period between 2010 and 2023, which corresponds to the period in which the IACHR Court has issued judgments on economic reparations, while the geographical scope covered is Ecuador, the coun-try taken as the case study. The methodology used is qualitative, descriptive and analytical, as well as comparative. Propõe-se uma teoria que transcende a biopolítica e o biopoder, eliminando a oposição entre o biológico e o simbólico. A intenção é desenvolver um conceito de resistência biológica que não seja indiferente à resistência política. O título sugere uma cumplicidade, na forma de alternância, entre ambos, com um objetivo claro: uma conjunção dialética e complexa que nos ajude a compreender o papel da biologia na resistência política e vice-versa. Essa abordagem exige repensar a biologia de maneira que transgrida a normalização e instrumentalização típicas da biopolítica. Não se trata apenas de um problema de discurso disciplinar ou práticas das ciências da vida, mas de uma distinção que as ciências humanas mantiveram entre vida simbólica e biológica, que hoje se mostra insustentável. O texto defende que a biologia contém uma resistência simbólica inerente, onde a vida resiste ao seu polimorfismo e fixação. Entender que o simbólico representa os diversos jogos que a vida joga consigo mesma, sem se fragmentar, permite reconhecer o potencial revolucionário da clonagem, suas técnicas e mecanismos epigenéticos. A epigenética, em especial, resiste à redução política da biologia a um mero veículo de poder. Reduzir esses novos campos à normalização biopolítica nos faz perder uma nova perspectiva: um intercâmbio evolutivo dentro da vida, expondo-a a riscos e novas possibilidades. Assim, o texto afirma que a vida biológica cria sua própria simbolização, sem depender de uma economia simbólica transcendental. Ele argumenta que a resistência simbólica está enraizada na biologia, resistindo ao polimorfismo e à fixação, e que a epigenética revela a complexa relação entre o biológico e o simbólico. This research will help us verify whether the regulations contribute or hinder access to PC for people in vulnerable situations due to suffering associated with a serious illness. The analysis focuses on four criteria: the subjective scope of the CP, the characterization of the diseases covered, the type of approach and the spectrum of problems protected.
