Recognizing the latter as a vital resource for the development and success of these enterprises. The methodology employed involves an updated review of scientific jour-nals presenting various theories related to organizational development in the last 10 years. The content and structure of this study highlight the contributions of var-ious authors who have conducted previous research on the topic. The re-search aims to consolidate and synthesize different perspectives and find-ings present in existing literature, thus providing a comprehensive view of the current situation.
