The mining transport system of the Udachninsky MPP of Alrosa was characterized, the units of technological transport of the carpool were described; the structure of management of the carpool of technological transport was analyzed. The working conditions of drivers of the mining and transport system were studied based on the results of a special assessment of working conditions for 2021. The harmful production factors and the reasons for reducing their exposure levels were evaluated. Measures that allow the company to maintain acceptable working conditions for workplaces with the presence of harmful production factors were developed. The management decisions of Alrosa ensuring safe working conditions for drivers were presented. They can be implemented through large annual financial investments in personal protective equipment, periodic audits in the occupational health and industrial safety system and three-level control, and innovative technologies. The advanced methods of creating normative working conditions with minimal health risks were studied. The strategic management decisions that improve the industrial safety and labor protection in all divisions of this enterprise were described.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. Today, almost the entire volume of gas is delivered through the main pipelines. The technology of transportation of natural gas, oil, condensate and their byproducts, constructive solutions of the linear part and ground facilities influence the natural environment. Therefore, the issue of compliance with environmental protection rules in constructing pipeline transport facilities is relevant. It is of special significance due to the construction of new transport routes in the Asian region. The article analyzes legal documents on the stages of construction of linearly extended objects such as oil and gas pipelines. It was revealed that the compliance with the construction requirements reduces the damage to nature, but does not eliminate it. It was concluded that the production improvement is the most rational method of reducing the negative impact of construction on natural ecosystems. The analysis made it possible to provide recommendations for amending the environmental protection legislation.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. The ability of hydrobionts to remove PAHs from aqueous solutions at the highest rate for the first 2-6 hours and with an efficiency of up to 70-95% of the initial content, depending on the mass and type of organism, exposure time, hydrophobicity (solubility) of the compound was revealed. The ability of hydrobionts to accumulate and convert PAHs was, which indicates the active participation of aquatic organisms in the processes of water self-purification from toxic and carcinogenic compounds. The ability to use hydrobionts as bioindicators for assessing the state of the aquatic environment of Lake Baikal was also demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. Russian and foreign theories of managing the influence of the human factor on the labor process and result were described. The “resources processes values” system of the concept of organization management was analyzed. Using this system, possibilities of applying a value-oriented approach to improving the efficiency of the applied methods and practices were determined. On the example of managing a large investment construction project, the main value constants of employees were identified; the relationship of values and needs were investigated; the most widely used formats of development of common values of employees changing their labor behavior were systematized; their effectiveness was assessed. Directions for further research on improving the effectiveness of methods for managing the influence of the human factor on the process and result of production activities were determined. The ideological foundations for creating labor safety culture were provided.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. The study analyzed scientifi publications and patents on radiation control and environmental monitoring in case of radiation emergencies. Territorial automated systems for monitoring radiation situations (ASMRS) and mobile means for monitoring radiation situations (RS) using unmanned aerial vehicles were explored. The integrated monitoring system for protecting the population (KSM-ZN), including in radioactively contaminated areas, in Bryansk region was described. Functions and structure of AEMS means were described. It was concluded that the AEMS can improve the effi ncy of response to radiation emergencies and decisionmaking in protecting the population and territory by transmitting real-time data on RS monitoring in the emergency zone and current assessment of the emergency and environmental situation for prompt notification about the danger.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. According to the established opinion, in comparison with other energy resources, coal has the maximum negative impact on the environment, however, this harm might be exaggerated reduced through the development of new technologies [1, 2], and alternative energy sources are not as safe as considered. Despite the signs of the fourth energy transition, in the short term, modern technologies cannot replace coal. This gives grounds to believe that in the foreseeable future the crucial role of hydrocarbons in the energy sector will not change significantly, and therefore it seems appropriate to determine the reduction of environmental risks when using coal as one of the main directions in the development of energy technologies.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. They include more than 40 are priority pollutants. Every year the danger of their getting them into the soil is increasing. A powerful source of release of harmful heavy metals into the environment are municipal solid waste (MSW) dumps. There are dozens of such these landfills in Irkutsk region, including the largest landfill in Irkutsk. In 2014 and 2019, on the territory of this landfill the landfill leachate was analyzed for the content of general chemical and toxic components. The comparative analysis showed that the landfill soil is extremely dangerous. The excess of MPC of heavy metals in the filtrate ranged from 2.4 to 67.6. The article presents the results of the analysis of landfill leachate taken in 2021 in the sanitary protection zones, and compared with the previously obtained data. It was established that the chemical and biochemical processes between various components of landfill leachates cause the formation of toxic compounds and become sources of infection. Precipitation forms a large amount of leachate which has significant concentrations of especially toxic substances, which inevitably enter the groundwater. In addition to harmful compounds and heavy metals, wastewater also contains pathogenic microorganisms.","PeriodicalId":322608,"journal":{"name":"XXI Century. In the emergency mode in these networks (phase-to-ground fault), the value of contact voltage depends on phase-to-ground fault resistance.
