The analysis revealed that emotional stress and load have a considerable effect on the professional health of teachers. The article also analyzes the concepts of stress and professional burnout. Teachers from different institutions were examined to assess the prevalence of professional burnout. Features of this process were described, and strategies for improving professional health were suggested. The psychological state of teachers was analyzed, and symptoms of burnout which affect professional health were identified.
