The potential profile is obtained by solving 2D Poisson's equation in the rectangular coordinate system. The drain current is extracted by integrating the band to band tunneling generation rate, initial and final tunneling length. The primary focus is on initial tunneling length as it directly influence the drain current amplitude of the device. The DG-TFET shows ON-current improvement as compared with SG-TFET. The system includes solar PV array, FL-MPPT, two level VSC connected to three phase AC grid. A FL-MPPT is used to track maximum power from solar PV array which gives reference voltage and power to decoupled current controller. Fuzzy logic control provides a fast response without fluctuations and is able to adjust the step size depending on the varying conditions. The solar PV system transfer maximum energy to the grid at nearly unity power factor. Due to its resilience to multipath fading and support for high data rates at minimal complexity, it has an edge over other technologies like Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA). A wireless channel is characterized by multi-path propagation leading to frequency selective fading. In this paper, an analysis is drawn as to the effect of number of resolvable paths and power decay on the performance of OFDM. This paper presents a method of wavelet neural networks with data pre-filtering for short term price forecasting. The key idea is to use a spike filtering technique to detect spikes in load data and correct them. Wavelet decomposition is then used to decompose the filtered loads into multiple components at different frequencies, separate neural networks are applied to capture the features of individual components, and results of neural networks are then combined to form the final forecasts. To perform moving forecasts, six dedicated wavelet neural networks are used based on test results. Proposed technique consists of two phases: firstly applied the visibility enhancement algorithm and then automatic color enhancement algorithm. Quantitative metric and qualitative result of proposed technique is evaluated and compared with other existing visibility restoration algorithms. In this paper quantitative results are presented in terms of measure of enhancement and measure of enhancement factor. Simulation results on foggy images from database demonstrates that proposed technique provides better visibility enhancement results as compared to the others existing visibility enhancement algorithms. The SRAM cell consists of a transistor (nMOSFET) having effective gate length of 18nm and a pair of Si-Ge Tunnel diode having current peak to valley current ratio (PVR) of value 1.67 each. The bistability of the back-to-back series connected tunnel diode pair is used to hold the states of the designed SRAM cell and the pass transistor is used to control the switching of the tunnel diode. The changing in the state of the designed SRAM is observed by the variation of drain current (ID) of the transistor. In this paper load frequency and tie line power of three area interconnected power system is controlled first by conventional PID controller then to quench the variation occurred in system frequency and tie line power the Fuzzy load frequency controller is incorporated. To damp out deviation occurred in area frequencies and tie line powers Fuzzy becomes enabling technology and emerging to large integrated power systems. The proposed control strategy with Fuzzy Controller assures the improved transient performance and faster settling time of automatic generation control after the sudden load perturbation. This paper proposes a fast and reliable method for estimation of synchronized harmonic phasors. In the absence of a dedicated standard for harmonic phasor measurement, the IEEE Std. C37.118.1 for a fundamental synchrophasor measurement has been followed as the reference for formulation and evaluation of the proposed method. Detection of these two types of dental caries can be carried out using two processes (1.) Carious legion has to be identified (2.) We have to assess the depth and the percentage of its activity in the mouth. Basically, caries at first is detected through visual inspection but it is not sufficient and also it is not periodic since lots of subjective parameters are involved and also the experience of the doctor plays a key role in this process. For the same problem there can be difference in the opinion between the doctors which directly affect the treatment process. Therefore this work aims on using certain parameters included in one algorithm which will refine the image taken and process it. Comparing that image with previous image will give the reasons that why there are the differences in opinions among the doctors for the same image and hence a better treatment process could be used after solving this problem. The images used in this work are of DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) standard. It is a standard set by NEMA and is used for handling, storing, printing and transmitting all types of medical images related to different types of diseases.
