The methods in this study used a quantitative-correlational-descriptive approach. The research respondent is an educator in SLTA Kota Malang. The study concluded that the educational perception-attitudes-innovation of educators about the utilization of social media in the category of 'moderate' is knowing and accepting social media as an alternative medium of learning; and there is a significant relationship between educators' perceptions-attitudes about social media towards adoption of innovations for utilization in learning. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi-sikap-inovasi pendidik tentang pendayagunaan media sosial sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran; dan hubungan antara persepsi-sikap pendidik tentang media sosial terhadap adopsi inovasi untuk pemanfaatan dalam pembelajaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional. Responden penelitian adalah pendidik di SLTA Kota Malang. This research is an evaluative research using Charlotte Danielson Model, with simple qualitative and quantitative method. The research subjects were seven certified teachers at Kalam Kudus Christian Elementary School Surakarta. Data collection through interviews, observation, and document study. Moderate data collection instruments include teacher performance assessment rubric, interview guides, and questionnaires. The data validity test is done by source and technique triangulation. The results of this study: (1) the certified teacher performance in preparing and planning of learning is included in the excellent category, (2) the certified teacher performance in managing the classes included in the good category; (3) the certified teacher performance in the learning process included in the excellent category, and (4) the certified teacher performance in their professional responsibilities is included in the excellent category. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru bersertifikat di SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta dinilai berdasarkan (1) perencanaan dan persiapan pembelajaran, (2) pengelolaan kelas, (3) proses pembelajaran, dan (4) tanggung jawab profesional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan Model Charlotte Danielson, dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana. Subjek penelitian adalah tujuh guru bersertifikat di SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik penilaian kinerja guru, panduan wawancara, dan kuesioner. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. This is a qualitative research using phenomenology method. The perspective in this study is the perspective of teachers and principals from a favorite and unfavorite school. The results of the study show the perspectives of the teachers and principals about school attendance zones are: (1) facilitating access to education services; (2) equalizing school quality; (3) reducing school quality; (4) it is not suitable at high school level; ( 5) restricting students from choosing schools; (6) zoning policies must be accompanied by equal distribution of educational facilities and infrastructure; and (7) damaging diversity. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tentang kebijakan sistem zonasi dalam perspektif pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode fenomenologi. Perspektif yang diangkat ialah perspektif guru dan kepala sekolah dari SMA favorit dan tidak favorit. This research approach uses a research and development (R & D) approach which consists of 10 (ten) steps that are modified into seven steps, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision . Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and FGDs. Data analysis was conducted in two stages, namely qualitative data analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study are in the form of a strategic plan developed through R & D steps by first analyzing the potential and problems faced by the school. Next is data collection from the internal aspects and external aspects of the school. After the data is collected then an analysis of internal factors and external factors is carried out through a SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis are strategies that are in quadrant IV (weakness threats), which support a defensive strategy. Based on the defensive strategy, the product strategy plan is developed by generating strategies namely: (1) development of the school's superior programs; (2) school management planning programming budgeting system (PPBS); (3) structuring school layout; (4) the use of internet media and school exhibitions as a channel for school promotion; (5) recruitment of teachers and other staff according to priorities and propose the addition of teachers intensively to the government; (6) improvement of facilities and infrastructure through collaboration with the government, parents of students, and local entrepreneurs; and (7) planning learning programs that can attract students' attention. Keywords : strategy, marketing mix, increase quantity of students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa rencana strategi marketing mix dalam meningkatkan kuantitas peserta didik di SMA Negeri 5 Tual. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) yang terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) langkah yang dimodifikasi menjadi tujuh langkah yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, dan FGD. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berupa rencana strategi yang dikembangkan melalui langkah-langkah R & D dengan terlebih dahulu menganalisis potensi dan masalah yang dihadapi sekolah. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan data dari aspek insternal dan aspek eksternal sekolah. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap faktor internal dan faktor eksternal melalui analisis SWOT. This study explains that guaranteed internal quality of schools should at least refer to the standards set by the government, namely the National Education Standards (SNP). The school strives to implement guaranteed internal quality, because the quality of output is influenced by the process of guaranteeing the internal quality of the school, the focus of the school in ensuring the quality and implementation of guaranteed quality to ensure school quality. Using interview techniques with the principal who aims to determine the policies implemented in ensuring quality, and make observations about the implementation of guaranteed quality and also conduct documentation studies in schools (qualitative descriptive). The impact that results from ensuring the quality of schools is that schools are capable of achieving academic and non-academic achievements and are able to compete with other school graduates . Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem penjaminan mutu internal sekolah gunamemberikan kepastian bahwa mutu lulusan yang mampu berkompetisi dengan mutu luaran sekolah yang lain. Sekolah berupaya sekuat tenaga untuk melaksanakan penjaminan mutu internal karena mutu output sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses penjaminan mutu internal sekolah, fokus sekolah dalam melaksanakan penjaminan mutu danbentuk pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu yang dilaksakanan untuk memastikan mutu sekolah. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada kepala sekolah bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang dilaksanakan dalam penjaminan mutu, melakukan pengamatan tentang pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu, serta melakukan studi dokumentasi di sekolah (deskriptif kualitatif). Two aspects used in this study are teaching methodologies and personnel professionals. The analysis tools used are factor analysis and validity & reliability test. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 200 students. The results showed that the lecturer's indicator in discussing the task with constructive feedback was the highest factor in teaching methodology aspect. The lecturer's indicator of communication and speech skills is clearly the highest factor in the personal professional aspect. The measurement of lecturer's performance assessed by the students is used as a recommendation material to improve lecturer's productivity in providing quality academic process at Tanri Abeng University. Abstrak : Penelitian ini menganalisis beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa dalam penilaian kinerja dosen. Dua aspek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi pengajaran dan tenaga profesional. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan uji validitas & reliabilitas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 200 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator dosen dalam membahas tugas dengan umpan balik konstruktif adalah faktor tertinggi dalam aspek metodologi pengajaran. Indikator kemampuan komunikasi dan wicara dosen jelas merupakan faktor tertinggi dalam aspek profesional pribadi. The results of the study show that the budgeting and allocation process begins with developing a Madrasah Budget Activity Plan to formulate all the needs to be implemented, financial management is centered on the foundation using a cross subsidy fund system, and the use of funds is adjusted to the Madrasah Budget Activities Plan which has been submitted and refers to the technical instructions for the use of education funds. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penganggaran dan pengalokasian dana pendidikan gratis di pesantren,sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan keuangan pendidikan gratis di pesantren, dan penggunaan keuangan program pendidikan gratis di pesantren di Yayasan Al-Ikhlas Al-Faruq Bondowoso. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study analyzed using the public policy prospective analysis theory from Dunn. This research in collecting data using interview techniques, and study reference. The key informant is the principal and additional informants namely the teacher and parents of students. The findings of the study are (1) The core of the substantive problem of policy is the problem of skills student and school curriculum; (2) The results of policy forecasting show the competitiveness of students towards “calistung” is slow; and (3) Policy recommendations made by the education authorities should immediately formulate policy guidelines, and schools can get around the “calistung” program by inserting on character building or educational games. Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan prospek kebijakan, meramalkan masa depan kebijakan, dan menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan penghapusan pembelajaran calistung pada kelas rendah sekolah dasar di kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis menggunakan teori analisis prospektif kebijakan publik dari Dunn. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan kajian kepustakaan. Key Informan yakni kepala sekolah dan informan tambahan yakni guru dan orang tua siswa. This research is a quantitative research that is analyzed by regression analysis. The research subjects used in this study were students of class XI Audio Video at SMK Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. The sampling technique used in this study was Total Sampling, as many as 62 students. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires.  The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the teacher's Creative-Productive learning strategy on student learning motivation as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.792 and R2 of 0.398. Based on the results of the t test conducted, the value of t count is 6.295> t t 2,000, then H0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that the learning strategy variable (X) influences the learning motivation variable (Y). Based on this study it can be concluded that partially the Creative-Productive learning strategies of teachers influence student motivation. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Kreatif-Produktif guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Audio Video SMK N 3 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan analisis regresi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Audio Video SMK Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. Teknik penetapan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling , sebanyak 62 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam  penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa angket. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Kreatif-Produktif guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,792 dan R 2 sebesar 0,398. Berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 6,295 > t tabel 2,000, maka H 0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel strategi pembelajaran (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi belajar (Y).
