Lion Parcel Area Solo Raya serta kendala yang didapati dalam proses pelaksanaannya.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yuridis empiris bersifat deskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian hukum dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif. Jenis dan sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan, selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemenuhan hak-hak konsumen yang terdapat dalam kegiatan pengiriman barang seperti hak atas informasi, hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan dan keselamatan konsumen serta hak mendapatkan ganti rugi oleh PT. Lion Parcel Area Solo Raya belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 Tahun 1999. Adanya unsur kesalahan maupun kelalaian dari kedua belah pihak, yakni pihak konsumen dan pihak pelaku usaha membuat pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak-hak konsumen oleh pelaku usaha menemui beberapa kendala seperti perbedaan persepsi atas informasi yang dimuat, kekurang hati-hatian dalam proses pengiriman barang dan adanya klausula baku tentang besaran ganti rugi yang ditetapkan sepihak oleh pelaku usaha sehingga merugikan konsumen. The types of legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Techniques of collecting legal materials in the writing of this law is the study of literature or document studies (Library Research) and interview (interview). This research is a descriptive empirical legal research. The primary data includes data from direct interpretation in the field. The data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study, research instruments in the form of data from interviews and Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018, then the technical analysis used was the deductive method. The results showed that the implementation of Income Tax collection for Middle Class Micro Businesses in Surakarta has increased although it is not optimal. Changes in income tax rates for MSMEs based on Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers. The ease of paying taxes has no effect on the compliance of UMKM taxpayers because there is still not even socialization of changes in tax rates. This legal research is included in the type of empirical legal research that has character is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. In this study the source of the data obtained is the primary data source, which is based on the results of direct interviews with related sources, namely the Pacitan District Enviromental Services. Apart from primary data, it is also based on secondary data with library research.Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Environmental Service of Pacitan Regency in exercising its supervisory authority for hazardous waste management has run quite well and is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. In the supervision of the B3 waste management, PLTU Sudimoro that has been carried out has covered all the  stages  related  to  the supervision  of  hazardous  waste  management  at  the district / city level. One of the largest and even very influential incomes in Indonesia is local taxes. With the existence of regional taxes, Regional Governments are encouraged to be creative in finding sources of regional revenue funds that can support regional expenditure financing, one of which is the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). One source of revenue from Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) comes from off-road vehicles which are included in the jeep type. Offroad development in Indonesia is growing as time goes by, but the increasing number of offroad motor vehicle users, there are several owners or drivers of offroad vehicles on the road, it can be seen that offroad motorized vehicles do not have a Motorized Vehicle Number (TNKB) or a Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) is not valid. or keep the identity of the vehicle a secret in order to avoid too expensive taxes, because in Indonesia the tax that has a double axle (4x4) tends to be higher when compared to other motorized vehicles. This research is prescriptive normative research with a statue approach. Types of legal materials used in this thesis are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Legal material collection techniques used are document study or literature study (literature research) and interviews (interview). Then the analysis technique of this research is the deductive syllogism method which draws the major premise and then draws the minor premise so that conclusions can be drawn to answer the problems that exist in writing this law. The results showed that the function of the Mangunan protection forest based on the prevailing laws and regulations has not been effective. This research belongs to a prescriptive normative legal research. The sources of law used are primary and secondary legal materials. The data analysis technique used in this legal research is to use the deduction method. The results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of occupational safety and health protection at PT Tun Hong Garment Indonesia has not fully complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number 8 of 2010, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 and Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 2 of 1980. In this study normative legal research is used with a prescriptive nature. The approach is carried out with a statutory approach, legal materials are primary and secondary legal materials. Collection of legal materials by literature study or document study and interviews. The technique of analyzing legal materials uses the deductive syllogism method, which is to draw conclusions from general matters concerning the problems at hand. The function of Perum Perhutani KPH Surakarta in controlling forest fires in the Gunung Lawu area carries out 6 (six) functions including; Planning and Evaluation Functions, Infrastructure Preparation and Maintenance Functions, Logistics Preparation Functions, Coordination Functions, and Operational Functions. In its implementation, inconsistencies with statutory regulations were found, namely in the implementation of the Operational Function for post-forest fire handling. This research is a normative study with a statutory approach. The results showed that, the urgency of implementing drought disaster management in Wonogiri Regency based on the Regional Regulation of Wonogiri Regency Article 37 (2) Number 7 of 2016 through a juridical study is in accordance with vertical synchronization and harmonization of applicable laws and regulations.
