This research belongs to a prescriptive normative legal research. The sources of law used are primary and secondary legal materials. The data analysis technique used in this legal research is to use the deduction method. The results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of occupational safety and health protection at PT Tun Hong Garment Indonesia has not fully complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number 8 of 2010, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 and Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 2 of 1980. 本研究旨在确定PT Tun Hong Garment Indonesia实施工人保护,特别是在职业安全与健康方面,以及PT Tun Hong Garment Indonesia在实施职业安全与健康保护方面存在的障碍。本研究属于规定性的规范性法律研究。使用的法律来源是一级和二级法律材料。在本法律研究中使用的数据分析技术是使用扣除法。分析结果表明,印度尼西亚Tun Hong制衣公司的职业安全和健康保护措施没有完全遵守2010年第8号人力和移民部长条例、2012年第50号政府条例和1980年第2号人力部长条例。PT Tun Hong Garment Indonesia作为一家公司,在检查个人防护装备方面没有履行其义务,没有实施职业安全与健康管理体系(SMK3),也没有进行定期健康检查,因此法律授予的与工人安全和职业健康相关的权利没有得到履行。
