This study uses a descriptive normative method with a quantitative approach. The data source comes from primary data sources, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and other laws. The secondary data source comes from direct interviews with online taxi drivers in the city of Surakarta.The implementation of partner collaboration between online taxi drivers and the applicator as a partner provider company has resulted in several obstacles that are detrimental to online taxi drivers in terms of the coverage of customer collection areas, minimum rates that are not in accordance with the rules, and the absence of the influence of monitoring tools provided by the applicator to security of online taxi drivers and customers. One of the most popular mining commodities is the sand mining commodity along the Progo watershed. Many of the mining business actors already have permits but also many are illegal. This study aims to determine how mining business actors implement mining permits and the impacts on the surrounding environment and solutions to overcome them. This type of research used in writing this law is empirical legal research. The nature of the research used by the author in writing this law is. The objects of research in writing this law are the DIY Licensing and Investment Service, the DIY Public Works Housing and Energy Department, Mining business actors in the Progo watershed area, and the community around the mining site. Based on the results of research and discussion, the implementation of community mining permits is described into 3 (three) things, namely, the process of issuing permits by the DIY Licensing and Investment Agency, supervision procedures by the Public Works Agency for Housing and Energy and Mineral Resources, and implementation in the field by business actors. mining. Updating of land registration data must be registered by the right holder concerned if there is a change in the land parcel concerned. The author conducted this research at the Sragen Regency. In organizing the maintenance of land registration data, it is carried out by the National Land Agency of Sragen Regency. In addition, there is a role for the Land Deed Making Official to make an authentic deed to prove legal events that have been committed by the parties to a land parcel so that there is sufficient data completeness for registration. This activity aims to ensure that the rights holders concerned have legal certainty and there is orderly land administration. This legal research uses normative juridical research with prescriptive research characteristics. This research approach uses a statutory approach. Legal materials used in this research are primary legal materials in the form of statutory regulations, secondary legal materials in the form of works of academics, scientists or legal practitioners, and supported by non-legal materials in the form of interviews with National Land Agency employees. The author aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of land registration through the PTSL program implemented at the Boyolali District BPN Office. The formulation of the problem proposed is: how the implementation of land registration through the PTSL program at the Boyolali District BPN Office, and what supporting and inhibiting factors occurred during the PTSL program implementation. This legal research is empirical research. Data obtained by literature study and research directly from original sources in the form of interviews, which are then processed and analyzed by descriptive methods. The final conclusion of this study is to show that the implementation of land registration through the PTSL program has been running in accordance with the prevailing system structure in Permen N0. 6 of 2018, in the implementation process there are several obstacles and targets that have not been achieved but there is an increase in the achievement of targets every year. This research uses empirical legal research method or non-doctrinal research. The type of data used is primary data that was obtained from field data which is the object of research, namely the Sukoharjo Environmental Department, and uses primary legal materials, namely statutory regulations and uses secondary legal materials in the form of relevant books and articles. Based on the results of the research, the authors obtained the answers of the problem of the Environmental Department of Sukoharjo Regency in conducting environmental supervision and monitoring by conducting field observations and sampling of river water, laboratory testing of water samples, and supervising and coaching alcohol craftsmen in Ngombakan Village who throw away their garbage into the river. This essay focuses on state administrative law in legal study program, law faculty, UNS Surakarta. This research aims to determine (1) yogyakarta city government's policy on Supervision in Granting Implementation of Hotel Building Permits in Yogyakarta; and (2) Yogyakarta City Government's role in controlling hotel construction to minimalize environmental impact. This research is a legal research empirical sociological approach. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) to minimalize environmental impact loss caused by hotel construction, the City of Yogyakarta government issues a policy on controlling hotel construction through Yogyakarta Mayor Regulation No. 85 of 2018. The aim is to provide supervision and restrictions in granting permits for hotel construction. (2) New policy at the stage of supervision procedures for hotel construction requires cooperation between agencies namely DPMP and DPUPKP Yogyakarta City to verify field reviews, but the determination of the policy is not in line with the existing implementation so it is not effective. (3) The Environmental Permit from the Environment Agency or local authority has an important role in the process of minimizing the risk of environmental impacts.
