PROFIT aims to provide information among employees, to monitor the performances of the refinery, facilitate communication and coordination of work activities among employees, and support the budgeting process at several projects initiated. This study examines the effect of the PROFIT mobile application as an integrated information system on employee performance. The results show that PROFIT Apps as SIS, is a positive and significant variable in the performance of the Process Engineering of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju’s Employees. The samples used in the study were Process Engineering of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju’s Employees. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data processing techniques used through multiple linear regression analysis. This research could contribute ideas and scientific study materials for PT. Not all high school graduates go on to college. It is less than 20% of SMA N 1 Sumberlawang graduates who continue to higher education per year so students need to be trained in life skills and instill an entrepreneurial spirit. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of entrepreneurship education at SMA N 1 Sumberlawang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The Data were obtained through interviews with through interviews with principals, teachers, and project coordinators; analyze project plan of documents; and literature studies. The validity of the data uses the triangulation method by comparing the data from interviews, document analysis and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that entrepreneurship education implemented through co-curricular project. The theme of the entrepreneurship project is to develop a local culture of Mount Kemukus. Entrepreneurship projects train students to relate real-world issues, find problems, then collaborate to create problem solutions through activities of designing, creating, and displaying products that can give the benefit in the society. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengelolaan data menggunakan software pengolahan data statistik SPSS 24. Populasi penelitian ini adalah bank umum swasta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 hingga 2020, dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 28 bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja keuangan daerah dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan wilayah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (rasio kinerja keuangan daerah seperti rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas, rasio efisiensi, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan), dan variabel terikat (pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan daerah). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM PLS. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan menggunakan data sekunder. Studi dilaksanakan di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali dengan periode penelitian 2013-2019. Sumber data berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik berupa data sekunder berupa APBD dan PDRB kabupaten/kota di seluruh Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio kemandirian dan rasio efisiensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan t-statistik > 1,96 sedangkan rasio efektivitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan tidak signifikan dengan t-statistik < 1,96. hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan ketimpangan wilayah tidak signifikan dengan h t-statistik < 1,96. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada pemerintah dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan wilayah. Salah satu makanan olahan khas Kuningan yaitu tape ketan. Tape ketan banyak digemari masayarakat Indonesia karena identik dengan beras ketan yang diolah dengan ragi dan dibungkus dengan daun jambu air yang memberikan rasa manis khasnya. Tape ketan biasanya sering dijumpai di pusat oleh-oleh Khas Kuningan. Dengan sistem pengemasan yang tergolong belum inovatif, dibutuhkan kemasan yang mampu mengamankan produk selama proses produksi hingga sampai ditangan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, produsen membutuhkan kemasan yang mampu memberikan identitas, inovatif, dan menjaga kemanan produknya selama proses tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuat kemasan yang inovatif perlu diperhatikan beberapa hal yaitu; bahan kemasan, pengunaan kata-kata, logo yang sesuai, tata letak, gambar dan warna, serta estetika. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa semester VII yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Universitas Warmadewa. Jumlah responden 102 orang. Universitas Warmadewa merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta yang memiliki mahasiswa terbanyak di Bali. Teknik analisis mempergunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan tidak signifikan, Pengaruh nilai budaya jengah terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan signifikan, Pengaruh nilai budaya taksu terhadap niat kewirausahaan negatif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh nilai budaya menyamabraya terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan peran nilai-nilai budaya lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap niat kewirausahaan dibandingkan dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Perguruan tinggi diharapkan tidak mengabaikan peran nilai-nilai budaya yang berlaku dimasyarakat dengan mencantumkan nilai-nilai budaya pada kurikulum. The results of this study prove that the level of knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for halal food. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 orang pengusaha clothing line khususnya Instagram yang bisnisnya telah beroperasi minimal selama 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa competence dan opportunity motive memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap innovative work behavior pengusaha clothing line. The study, entitled \"Enhancing Employee's Performance by Training Program at F&B Service the St. Regis Bali Resort” aims to find out how to improve the performance of F&B service employees through training programs at The St. Regis Bali Resort. Sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. This study uses a sampling technique that is a saturated sample. Data collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is simple regression analysis technique. From the study result at a significant level of 5% show that the training program has a positive and huge impact on the performance of F&B service employees as proven by the beta coefficient (β) of 0.761. The training program can influence the performance of F&B service employees was (R2) 53.0%. Therefore, there will be an increment in the performance of F&B service employees by 0.761. With indicators of the training program, namely: type of training, training materials and time of implementation.
