Keberhasilan CSR perlu didukung oleh strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien sebagai tanggung jawab dari Humas. Sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam melaksanakan CSR, PT Angkasa Pura I Bali berusaha memaksimalkan fungsi dan tugas Humas dalam mengkomunikasikan CSR kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas humas dalam mengkomunikasikan CSR dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan statistika deskriptif dimana efektifitas humas diukur dengan komponen 7C (Credibility, Content, Context, Clarity, Continuity and Consistency, Channel, dan Capability). Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur dan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 30 pelaku UMKM penerima CSR perusahaan di kota Denpasar dan kabupaten Badung. Saat ini banyak bisnis yang mencoba menerapkan strategi viral marketing, tetapi masih banyak yang tidak mendukung tujuan penerapan strategi itu sendiri. Strategi viral marketing yaitu: trust brand dan celebrity endorsment. bisnis yang membuat strategi viral marketing sebagai cara untuk memasarkan dan memperkenalkan produknya adalah Zhofira. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Viral marketing, keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan merek, dan celebrity endorsement sebagai peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian, untuk membuktikan pengaruh (X1) kepercayaan merek, (X2) celebrity endorsement terhadap (Y) keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari populasi sebanyak 384 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Penulis melakukan analisis regresi berganda dan menguji asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan analisis regresi berganda. Pada hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan hasil “R Square” 0,515 atau 51,5%, yang dapat diartikan sebagai variabel (X1) dan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap (Y) sebesar 51,5%. Sedangkan sisanya 48,5% ada faktor lain. On the other hand, the sand still contains many other components such as gravel. The size of good sand according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI - 03-247-2002) is natural or artificial sand produced by the stone crusher industry with the largest grain size of 5 mm. On the other hand, the lack of infrastructure of the Tanggalan vilage and the small income of the village has resulted in an uneven distribution of the regional economy. Youths and heads of the Tanggalan village see the potential to increase the village's income by making sieving businesses and providing good quality building sand. The manual sieving process takes longer, so it has an impact on the development process as well as from an economic point of view on the long construction costs. So, it is necessary to have a rotary type automatic sieving machine that has a function to separate fine sand grains or according to the criteria requested by consumers with gravel. Rotary type sieving machine with a capacity of 10 m 3 /hour, so it is expected to meet the demand and accelerating development process. In addition, with this tool, hamlet businesses can be formed to increase hamlet income. As the education level of micro business actors increases, the implementation of BSC in micro business management is increasing. BSC to help businesses in the face two fundamental problems, which measures the performance of the organization effectively and implement strategies to improve performance. This study explores the effect of using the BSC on the performance of micro-enterprises, as well as knowing the relationship between firm size and the ability to implement the BSC in micro-enterprises through descriptive statistical approaches and linear regression analysis. The study was conducted on micro-enterprises in Surabaya with the category of having assets or net worth of up to IDR 50 million (not including land or building for business premises) and annual sales turnover of up to IDR 300 million. Total respondents in this study is as much as 153 respondents. The study confirmed that the size of the company has an influence on the readiness of the implementation of the BSC, these results are consistent with research Kimberly & Evanisko, (1981); Nord & Tucker, (1987); Hoque, (2000) and Sherma (2020). This research also shows that the greater the level of BSC implementation of a business, the higher the performance of business achieved in line with the findings by Hoque, (2000); Ondieki, (2017); Dhaifallah, (2018). Company size affects the readiness of micro-enterprises in implementing the BSC. BSC managerial practices proven to improve the performance of micro-enterprises. BSC practice requires readiness with the support of increasing company size; micro businesses should involve labor in the operations. With an adequate company size, the BSC implementation practice can run optimally and have an impact on achieving better business performance. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda dan teknik yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis adalah uji simultan (F) statistik dan uji parsial (t) statistik. Selain itu, juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikoloniearitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heterokedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa free cash flow, kebijakan dividen, dan kepemilikan saham manajerial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
